Not really, there was no negotiating here. The sales guy is simply desperate and pressed for a unit sale. With luck and if you are willing to drive around looking for a vulnerable sales guy , you can get him to do as you please.

For the dealer, cash or finance makes no difference to them. If its financed they get the cash from the bank immediately 👌

The nice thing about financing is that you have a lot of negotiating power since dealerships have incentives with credit providers where they get a "cut" on top of the purchase price of the vehicle from finance houses.

In Lesotho, With 200k you can buy Honda CRV SUV and a BMW 3 series(import cars) ....mileage will be higher but after minor service and repeated service after every 10k - 15k kilos then you'll be happy for good😁😁
