We talked with her while she was deciding whether or not to foster fail!

I absolutely admire her for doing this with her resources. Helping animals is such a worthy cause.
She faced the final boss of fostering, and she failed with a smile on her face.
"A smile on her face"? Where do smiles occur other than on faces? Have you ever seen one on an ankle or on someone's back?
I know "smiling" must be a foreign concept to a vitriolic person such as yourself, but the rest of us who aren't wallowing in our own misery do often use that phrase as an expression or an idiom.
Hopefully one day you also will experience what it means to be happy, though I doubt it.

I have 5 cats and I used to think it was a foster fail. But if I could feed more of them I would have more animals.

It’s just an expression lol foster fail just means they loved it too much to give up the owner knows they haven’t ‘failed’ in the traditional sense

Thanks for explaining! I was kind of confused where the fail is and it kind of dawned on me what she meant.
English isn't my first language that's why I thought that it's maybe an expression I've never heard before.
That screech at the beginning said it all…FOSTER FAIL. But look at how much Clyde grew in 16 days…😳❤️❤️🎉

You are right… that is a huge amount of cuddliness. I was lucky enough to adopt a Newfie…. very much the size of a St. Bernard. Literally, tons of fun, frolicking , and love. You are so privileged to have this puppy in your life.
we got a bernese, not quiet as big but close 😅 as my husband likes to say: a lot of dog, a lot of love ❤

Sadly, more often than you think. It's easy to find purebred dogs in shelters.

Love him! I just lost my St Bernard mix in March. Still can’t walk down a dog food aisle. Videos like this help though. Rex also was a rescue. Total Mamas boy. All 160lbs of him. He was a lap sitter as well. I’m 5ft. lol. We were luckier than most. We had him 12 years which is long for a bigger boy. He helped my son make friends. Everyone loved him. Thanks for foster failing.

I’m always a little sad when the new dog comes home and the other dogs show up for “love” and aren’t acknowledged. I know this is not how it is off camera, but I’m still feeling for the brother and sisters. 😊. You are fortunate to have the resources to make a difference. ❤

Who passes away over my lack to care because of work. This haunts me always but glady I got a home job that earns me lots of dollars and also give me time to care for my new pet

@@MacKenzie.Sodersten Thanks for your compassion. I've learnt to move on over the time. Yes off cause there's a ton load of jobs can do to earn lots of dollars. I for one earn $30k to $45k monthly with no effort and the greatest part.. I got time to spend and care for my pet who's my best friend,thanks to laura muller

He has landed squarely on all 4 paws. Such big paws! That's puppy heaven, there. A pack, tons of safe space, and a whole load of love from an awesome mum ❤❤❤

Saint Bernard's are just sweet fluffy love bears.I had a female saint Bernard when I was in highschool, she loved to sit on people's laps despite how much bigger she is than most people.

I absolutely love large breed puppies. They always so goofy with their long legs that they haven't grown into yet. Always remind me of a baby horse learning to walk. Absolutely the best.

OMD Clyde looks so much like my first rescue Saint Bernard I had. Her name was George, and all that puppy fluff reminded me so much of her I about burst into tears 🥹 She's over the 🌈 bridge now, with her baby brudder Bruno, also a rescue Saint Bernard, and their li'l brudder Kreacher, a rescue Boxer, who was the love of my life ❤

The Saint of Saints, the Saintt Bernard. I've had a few dogs, and sadly, I can't handle a big dog anymore. But I once had an S.B. and he was the goofiest, most loving dog ever. Extremely intelligent and once his puppy stage was outgrown, seemingly his was the first 5 years, he became the most laid back, not a care in the world big guy,,,,,,, except at dinner time.
That’s awesome! I love my St. bernard….. I got her from a shelter when she was just under 2yrs old and she just turned 6.
I grew up with a Saint Bernard’s, they are such amazing dogs ❤ congrats on the newest member of the family!
That is a big boy already. I can't wait to see him fully grown!
I knew a lady who bred St. Bernards, and they lived on a lake. Every day, the pups and parents would go play in the shallows, then sprawl on the grass for an afternoon siesta while they dried out in the sun or shade. She had a never-ending load of towels in the washer and dryer, and loved every minute of it all.😅
She was also the mom of four human children, AND a Girl Scout Troop Leader. She had boundless energy, a good thing, for sure.😮😂

❤ Clyde has hit the doggo jackpot. He would have been a foster fail in a nanosecond for me. I have a 13-year-old pittie who has been a 24/7 companion for many years, and I'm now scheming about how to get a Clyde into our lives. That dog is special.

Now this is a real BOSS. Worked hard to align her financials and now gets to be surrounded by all the beautiful dogs. 👍
In 2020, during the pandemic, my wife and I were given a 6yoa German Shorthair Pointer because his owner was moving and simply couldn’t take him. One of our best friends runs a GSP rescue but didn’t have any fosters open due to the pandemic. Long story short, we still have Gauge and he’s turned out to be a great dog who gets along with every dog he meets. He’s ten now and has been the playmate for our 1yoa Cavalier King Charles.
Sometimes, a foster fail is the best thing that could happen! Great story and video, congrats on your new family member!

I stopped fostering dogs after I lost my Golden Shepherd “Pal”, (I still miss my boy) but even I would consider adopting Clyde.
