My 6-month review of the Redback "Easy Escape" EMT / EMS Boot. This thing is my go to boot for any night shift. Easy on. Easy off. More at: emtboots.com/r...
If you ever get the chance go for the Easy Escape “HD”. The HD one is constructed very well and comfy. They also make half sizes,, which was able to help me get the best fit possible. I use them for kitchen// Restaurant
Can you give a reference on how these boots fit ? I wear 11.5 nike sneakers, and in my experience boots in general fit differently. So any point of reference would help
I’d say get a 10. I wear a 13 in NIKES. A 12 in VANS. I needed an AUS 10.5 in Redback which converts to a size US 11.5,, which is 1.5 sizes down from my Nike size.
I just had an 9.5 but exchanged for a 10 which is my normal size. But trying them on at home dor a few days, now I'm thinking about getting the 9.5 again.
I’m size 13 Nike 12 in Vans I needed an AUS 10.5 in Redbacks. Which converts to US 11.5. I have a wider foot,, which they explain in the official “Redback” sizing video posted on their UA-cam.
Mine lasted for 7 years until the heal worn out, but still wearable. On my second pair now fantastic boot well worth the money.
You guys doing footwear reviews should put them on so we can see how they look on foot with pants, shorts ect.
exactly!!
Nice review. I'm going to buy some soon, too.
Their site says steel toe but you’re saying they’re actually composite ? Which one is it

how have they been so far?
@@clarityofthought some of the best Redbacks I’ve worn. The half sizing has been amazing for me.
@@clarityofthought I highly recommend the “HD” model
@@dlrsnate5100 yea the HD model looks nice as well
@@clarityofthought I’ve noticed the steel toe holds the form of the toe box better
Yeah it's really pretty 🦋. Still got the boots my guy 😃😄? If so how are they holding up?
Still got em. Not EMTing anymore but still wear these every day!

Get a size 10.5 in these boots if you're a size 11.5US . Plus they're much cheaper here in Australia, only 90 - 100 dollars (Australian dollar)

EMT, should know something about hygiene. I hope you disinfected the kitchen counter. IMAGINE!
Nice review
Did you buy true to size or did you go down in size at all? I wear a size 11US in sneakers, just trying to figure out what size to buy

@@russellweedwhacking8260 I found mine to be true to size. Wish I didn’t get the steel toe though.
@@bxallstar723 nice! So did you have any heel slipping? I have a bit on the 10.
@@russellweedwhacking8260 haven’t had any issues, I also use a heavier sock with them.
