I think it's very considerate of you to pull your best advice into one organized compilation. Thank you for thinking of us in this way 👌. It's very helpful and speaks to your authentic character.
Back in the day, Production Designers would be called Art Workers or Paste Up Artists. Interesting to see the change in terminology but the role is the same. Thank you for your amazing, quality content for young designers.
I feel like a reached a point in my career where I have to made a decision between start learnig the importat things about the craft or leave desing behind. I’m so glad that I found your videos at the right time and how they are helping me clarify so many things. It’s like the very first day I at the UNI, all is new and exciting nonetheless the way is clearer for me in terms of what to explore and choose where should I put wisely my attention. Thanks Alex ❤
can you please show your design process based on a client brief for ex. if he needs social media post design, then how will you do it and design process behind it/
Alex is Spanish. I had my suspicions because of his rapid fire delivery 😂. Although I'm sure he slows himself down for our benefit; other Spanish speakers I've heard talking English are soooo fast I'm aghast at their verbal dexterity. Alex studied in Spain and then in Catalonia.
In school I feared feedback. As a recent grad, I crave it.
Feedback isn't a sign of failure, it's a tool for improvement. 💛
yes! that's the attitude!
