Nice unit and complex for the price. It's sad though that the complex doesn't have a common space to enjoy an ocean view. But it's a great deal in terms of space and quality.
You can actually see the sea from certain areas in the complex but the main common area is the pool deck.
Hi Chris! Do you know if those units are all about the same size?
For this one, the kitchen-living room looks tight, so it would have been nice for the architect to allot more space there instead of in the hallway and bedrooms. Depending on how many people end up living there, one way to add more space is to swap the standard dining table with a folding table that can be easily set up as needed. If just one or two people are there, then that nice patio table looks big enough for daily meals. 🍽
