Thank you to all have sent pleasantries and compliments. We are the Shepherd family and we are delighted that we found the palazzo. It will probably take us 4 years to renovate, but we are renovating the first level over the next year. The first level has a grand ballroom and we hope to offer ballroom dancing lessons and host masquerade and Black and White balls after the first level is renovated. There is a possibilty of 12 private suites and we may open as a BnB or hotel. We would love to hear if you think these are good ideas. Other ideas are also welcome. We would love to welcome all once we have some work done. Thank you for your comments and much thanks to Chris and Antonello for helping us find and renovate this spectacular property. Ciao, for now. Tabatha, Randy and Colin.
This is going to be sooo amazing! I am over the moon that you are restoring this amazing beauty to her original grandeur! I so look forward to these amazing events!
What are approximate renovation costs? Do they bid it out or? What added contingency cost they recommend? Looks beautiful just wondering how much turn key to make it habitual
It would be wonderful to keep the former families artifacts with the building. The furniture and built in furniture are amazing. So many beautiful pieces of art. Love it!
What a wonderful property! Congratulations to the new owners! I wish I could get into Antonello’s head and see what he is describing. His talent fit envisioning what to do with a room just amazes me!
I could watch these for hours!! Lol! This renovation will be stunning! Love the floors!! Omg! Those tiny Gibraltars!! I collect them! I'm envious of the brocante they got along with that gorgeous house! Just got home from Belmonte C. last night. Can't wait to get back in September. Another great video Chris!
Oh goodness this is going to be fabulous once finished. This is exactly what I would love to buy. This is like the riads in Morocco which is beautiful architecture.
Antonello looks like my father Santo Arduino from Calabria who immigrated to the US with his family in 1930. I can see that Antonello is an architectural genius.

Very interesting, I watched your video when you showed this palazzo on the market for sale. Would you be able to list the approximate cost for such renovation? Thank you!
Hi Katrina, It is difficult to say as there are so many determining factors. I will have a much better idea once the estimates are done. I do need go get permission to share that information from the owners though so we will see.
