■Caramelized apple

15g unsalted butter
■Cinnamon crumble
20g cake flour
20g ground almonds
15g cane sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
20g unsalted butter
30g walnut
■Baked cheesecake
200g cream cheese
50g cane sugar
2 eggs
100ml heavy cream
15g cake flour
5ml lemon juice

1:10 Derretir a fuego medio 30g de azúcar granulada
2:00 15g de mantequilla sin sal
■ Para el crumble de canela:
3:55 En un recipiente agregue 20g de harina de repostería, 20g de almendras molidas, 15g de azúcar de caña y una pizca de sal.
4:08 1/3 cucharadita de canela en polvo
4:19 20g de mantequilla sin sal
5:40 30g de nuez
6:02 Refrigere
■ Para el cheesecake al horno:
6:18 200g de queso crema
6:27 50g de azúcar de caña
7:07 2 huevos
7:36 100ml de crema espesa o crema de leche o nata
7:55 15g de harina de repostería
8:19 5ml de jugo de limón
8:48 Forrar un molde de 15cm de diámetro.
9:11 Agregue las manzanas caramelizadas.
9:29 Agregue el crumble de canela.
9:46 Precalentar el horno y hornear a 180°C por 35-40 minutos.
9:53 Enfríelo en el refrigerador durante toda la noche.
10:09 Espolvorearle azúcar en polvo.
