初めまして、こんにちは。ずっと挑戦してみたいと思い、いそいそ材料を集めて昨日作ってみました。
他のコメントでも指摘されている通り、動画内と概要で焼き温度が違うんですね。私はまず170度で一時間焼きましたが動画ほど膨らまず、内部の柔らかさにも不安を覚えましたので180度にあげて10分追加焼きしました。そうしましたところ動画のように高く膨らみ、火も十分通っただろうと思ったので、粗熱を取り冷蔵庫に入れました。
結果的には少し柔らかめに仕上がりましたが、クランブルもサクサクでとても美味しいものができたと思います。
次回作ることがありましたら、今度は180度55分で様子見しながら焼こうと思います。素敵なレシピをありがとうございました。
