    Layering the filo pastry is a really interesting tip - I think I'll spend the rest of my life working out how best to work with pastry/make pies! Great stuff. Thanks.

    That I a huge amount of smoked paprika,wil it not overpower the rest of the ingredients?

      Thanks for your post Rachel. If you look at the quantity of all of the other ingredients 2 table spoons of smoked pakrika is balanced and definitely over powering. Honestly try it.

    Really interesting. I've watched fascinated. Filo pastry, laminated - all good. baked middle of the oven ?!? yeah yeah its a convection oven, but still????
