My man. I keep coming back to Weiss as my favorite blade this gen. I've gotten like 5 new blades since I got my WT...its still my favorite blade design by a huge margin.
Whenever I feel like flexing at a tourney, I’ll typically go with KnightShield 3-60 O, because it literally can tank any of the attack blade combinations in the meta, & O will make sure it outspins anything mid-high recoil. Only falters running into Rod, and unicorn setups CAN spin finish it, but it’s typically a rock solid performer all around.
My rouge combo is HellsHammer 1-60 GF. If you align 1-60 with the leading edge of the contact points it becomes very powerful. A heavy angle launch turns this into a burst hunter and a flat launch gives good results for knockouts on the first x dash
Black Shell 7-60 DB. I’ve been seeing Shell be used for attack type builds such for ratchet bursting, but I’ve really enjoyed using this combo, and it has been surprisingly fairing very well in the meta battles I’ve been having.
Ppeople really do tend towards a "if you're not first, you're last" mentality with the tiers, but there's a whole lot of unequivocally mid tiers that have wildly different performances against each other and can swing one way or another depending on bit and tactics. It's a lot like most fighting games where there's really only 1 or 2 true top or bottom tiers, picks that are inarguably better or worse in 99% of applications.
My favorite rouge pick is Hells Hammer. Kazami Burd is my favorite character in the Manga/Anime and I've loved his third beyblade since it was first revealed. My combo is on 3-70, Flat. I'm planning on taking it to a tournament along with another goofy combo that does surprisingly well for me: PheonixWing, 7-60, Hexa.
I'm surprised anyone likes his character. I find him infuriating and horribly written. It feels like the writers genuinely hate him imo. They had him lose to rhino in the EXACT same way he lost to wizard arrow. I'm over 20 episodes in and it's like he repeats the same 2 character arc in each arc. Try not to copy and be yourself, show what you've learned in your experiences. The problem, he repeats the exact same errors every time as though he's learned nothing. There are multiple instances where he should have won and they had him lose....just because. Literally to just not let him have a victory
@@LuciferArc1 The reason I like him so much is because of the funny expressions he makes throughout the series. And my favorite color is red, so that's another one.

Definitely a vid to check out for deck building! I myself am a fan of rogue picks and choices! I do feel that although blades play a huge factor, other choices can be bits for example (i myself am experimenting with shark on needle bits and got some interesting results)
In terms of rogue pick, my personal favorite rogue pick is my Knight Lance 3-60LF. For context I just started my BeyX journey after quitting during the metal foght era. My friends know I am a defense type player as I told them stories on how I would always use Leo. So on my birthday they gifted me Leon Crest as a way for them to get me into the hobby. After studying some blades and watching the anime, I have decided on the deck I want to play. Its a somewhat rogue deck with a character theme that I’ll only use Multi’s Beys (cuz NGL I like her character development). And out of the three beys I brought at the time (Knight Lance 3-60LF, Wizard Arrow 3-80B, and Knight Shield 7-60HN), it was Knight Lance who stole the show. Its a deceptive bey which specializes in recoil and counter attacks. Nobody expected a defense type to be that good offensively (especially since I am more adapted to use defense types) and so yeah, I just went ham with it and made it to quarterfinals where I lost due to an unlucky Wizard Arrow Extreme finish. Would definitely be keeping my Knight Lance in my decks from now on as my personal signature bey.
Recently brought a Dran Dagger on 3-60T to a Hasbro only tournament and it performed decently well against all the Roar Tyrannos and Phoenix Wings! It's defense and stamina allowed it to take all those large hits and keep on spinning and maybe knock them out.
i love my unicorn sting 9-60 high needle. its really useful for me as high needle allows me to land my angled launches very comfortably unlike needle which sometimes give me tiny little bounces when i land it at a deep enough angle. also i just found out last night how good hells scythe is on point. its such a good combo for the way i play.
dk if SE is rouge or not rn lol, but my favorite combo is still SE 5-60 Unite, actually does extremely well against WR on both 5-60 H and 9-60 B and other more defensive/stamina combos, but does somewhat struggle against other heavier attackers like PW and DB (can win some matches against other attackers tho, just need to launch harder than ur opponent and not self KO lol)
I do realize the weight and ease of use to the meta is why people pick them. But I have genuinely found techniques will always out class meta. And Meta blades being heavy means certain tricks don't work with them because they behave characteristically different and often worse when pushed to the absolute limit. The only "meta" bey I even use anymore is honestly Phoenix but it's more cause tbh I just think it looks cool. Also Shark because Shark Missile is just so cool looking and derpy I can't help it.
@@Rar-u2f I mean yes. Even TFlameBlader whos won a tournament has literally said anything can give you problems even if using meta. Also I won a local tournament using Dransword 460 Rush, Sphinx Cowl 480 Unite, and Unicorn Sting 560 Taper. I also began learning trick shots and techniques and practicing. Which I admit Unicorn is considered S Tier as a Buster and Phoenix counter, but like my other two beys are much lower tiered. Realistically you may not be able to use stock combo, I had to change parts to make them viable, but yes if you are genuinely willing to put in time and practice you can win. I went to a MF Pub Tourney and won in Limited Format with stock Pegasus Storm. Just cause I got good at flower pattern launches and Tornado stalling. XD
Well to a degree skill can compensate for a lot however if your going against an equally skilled player that’s where things get tricky if your using a lot of non meta stuff.
@@nizumablader Facts. Although the worst matches I've actually faced have been rogue mirror matches. Those are genuinely the worst. Me and my opponent had sphinx and we matched them together and it was tight. We both just switched after we saw it 50/50.

One terrifying great combo I’ve been getting a surprisingly high amount of success with is wizard arrow 9-60 tapered that has an excellent mix of attack and stamina. The only thing I’ve seen beat it right now in is rod, Phoenix if it gets a good hit, and shark edge for the same reason.
While I haven't tested it much just yet (only got the last part like two days ago), but my rogue pick of choice would be Mammo Tusk (or Tusk Mammoth) with 5-80HN. Compared to Hell's Scythe, Mammo Tusk is less recoil-y and has smooth parts to it, so it feels like it'd be a great defense type blade - and Hasbro seems to have thought so too by giving it that extra nub that Knight Shield has.
Idk if its a rogue pick but I have come to really enjoy Wyvern Gale 3-60 Point. I've gotten some solid results with it personally but I like the blade shape and the movement from point is great. Unite is also a second option as its my favorite bit.
I have a few rogue picks even my meta pick isnt a go to combo 😂. My meta pick is soar phoenix stock but i switched the bit for spike and it sounds dumb but it turns soar phoenix from a unpredictable but heavy attacker stock to a brilliant defensive and stamina type with lots of balance for those last minute hits when trying to outlast someone. My rogue picks are too many to mention but my moat recent is wizard arrow, 360 needle, viper tail 360 flat and shark 5-80 rush
My favourite combo is Rhino Horn 3-60 Low Flat never underestimate a compact attack type it's been my go to strategy since metal fight, and ik this combo specifically has floated around here and there but I feel it's glanced over enough especially in regards to newer releases to be considered rogue.
Nizuma not mentioning Leon Claw in a video challenge (impossible) /j 😂😂 Banter aside, I think using rogue picks in your deck should be encouraged. However, I don't think it's wise to completely fill your deck with rogues. I'd love it if the game was balanced so that all beys were equally strong, but unfortunately, the meta is the meta for a reason. SO I'd always suggest a compromise of one rogue, two meta, if you're going to do it. If you were to bring three rogues to a match, what you said is true; the opponent has less information going into the battles. But then again, it might not matter. They might just put their deck in any order and steamroll your weaker beys with their stronger beys. At the end of the day, though, it's what works for the person as different beys can perform differently in the hands of different people. If someone can use a rogue, do well with it, kinda make it their signature, I'm all for that. But like I said, just be aware that the meta exists for a reason.
