nizuma you know what really BUGS me? You know at the start of the game where Multi asks you what your favorite kind of bey is and gives you Knight Shield, Hells Scythe or Wizard Arrow? The problem is: Hells Scythe has 4-80, in a yellow color, no less
I’ve been enjoying the game both the story mode and the ranked matches. Though waiting for an opponent to battle in ranked matches takes awhile though eventually more bladers will complete the game and join ranked mode.

@@qstmrk8004 I think it’s a valid reason to play most of them. If its 1am or at a point where you can’t because they are to loud, or if you want to explore the setting of the series a little more.
@nizumablader While it was barebones it was really fun. More than all the other beyblade games except maybe the one on Gameboy that was more like a RPG. Haven't tried XONE though, it's the next game I'll play after Megaton Musashi Wired

Hey nizuma, I’m getting my hands on dragoon soon and was wondering if there’s any difference or betterment in launching left spin. Appreciate the content 10/10 as always
I really want to like it because i've been recently playing burst god on 3Ds and enjoying but it just doesn't feel like I'm playing beyblade it feels like im playing rock paper scissors with a beyblade theme the rps mechanic should have been a single time per battle or just no included at all tbh the system they had in the old games with abilities was way better I regret buying it at full price and if there's anyone who's on the fence i would seriously suggest waiting for a sale to buy it its not a $50 game.
The rock paper scissors mechanic is pretty popular in Japan, it’s used in a ton of series, mushi king, dinosaur king, fossil fighters, etc. don’t play it like rock paper scissors, pick your moves based off your skills, buffs, debuffs, and what your opponents move set is. If you just play it like rock paper scissors you’re basically ignoring all of the strategies baked into the battle system.
@ I think it depends on what we’re comparing it to, if we’re talking about the realm of hobby anime games or similar games like mushiking, dinosaur king, fossil fighters, etc that have similar levels of gameplay mechanics and story I think the games pretty good. Is it going to win game of the year? No. But I think the games fun and it’s definitely one of the best beyblade games we’ve gotten.
Looks like you completely forgot the type advantages IRL Beys are basically a Rock Paper Scissors (with the only difference that having the advantage doesn't mean you will win)
I like the gameplay aloot. But when the game change for a "rpg turn" battle of scissors rock paper, the happyness left my body.😂 But, anyway this is the best beyblade game ever released.
Steam version got shafted. But I guess at least it got released at all. Being able to play at a more stable framerate might be worth it to forgo the season pass.
Uh, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it was available on the switch in English at launch. I would because I checked the eshop the day it came out.

Can we expect subsequent paid DLC Beys for Beyblade X Xone to be locked to only Beys in Season 1 of the anime? Looking at FuRyu’s other hobby product tie-in video game, Cardfight Vanguard Dear Days 2, we can expect a subsequent X Xone 2 video game to launch with everything in Xone 1 video game and all it’s paid DLC Beys for free.
I think its highly dependent on how well the game sells. Japan is probably pretty likely to keep updates and any potential sequels, if the game doesn’t sell well here I’d be surprised if we get the same treatment.
You are correct. X Xone video game release is similar to what I encountered for the first Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duel video game for the west. The physical Switch game has no EN language on cartridge. The EN release which came much later only had the digital base game with no paid DLC.
if they fix the pc version on steam and make it work without bugs it would be decent game but atm unless you are a huge fan its not worth picking up atm
I just don't like the literal Rock Paper Scissors mechanic. Seems out of place imo. Could have been replaced by something like abilities that can be activated once per battle or whatever.
My only critique of the game is the dlc. We're already buying it for the price of a standard Triple A game only to find out following dlc's will also need to be purchased. The additional beyblade dlc's should be free.
In the overworld when you unlock character battles you can just keep rebattling them for exp and money. Also in the lobby the little net battle kiosk is a good way to grind at around your same skill level.
