Even if Mo isn’t the fastest to ever be, he certainly has the most impressive wins. And not only that, but the fact that he takes time to make videos like this, talk to younger runners, and share his joy for the sport rather than “grind in silence” is really good for helping it grow. Thanks for being an inspiration Mo, maybe one day I’ll run a sub 4 minute mile 🤩
I think the advice and inspiration he gives the younger community of runners, easily qualifies him to be one of the best distance runners, purely off his kind heart
@@leeclass1089 if you run with proper form and pace of your own ability it's not gonna hurt your knees. Unless, you push it too much and running on a bad form.
Thanks for being so open and accesible when it comes to your drug testing and perspective on the sport. Definitely healthy for the future of running! Best of luck with your training Mo!
How else can Sir Mo Farah gove back to the sport and everyone that gave him opportunity to showcase his talent? Through sport, teaching others how to get to where he is. Beautiful work Sir. Best athlete of all time.
Mo, I hope you see this... congratulations on winning the Chicago marathon. I didn't think you'd break the European record. Incredible. It just goes to show no one should ever doubt you, I never thought you could even break the British marathon record. Long live King Mo Farah!
Hes East african, and a cushite, ofcourse he was always gonna beat European and British records, its purely a physiological biological thing, east africans are the best in long distance running dur to their biological makeup
Stopped me being lazy and going easy on my run this morning. Thanks Mo. Great vid. Shook your hand at the Daegu world champs in Korea and you were as lovely and genuine then as you are in these vids. Keep the content coming mate

The most interesting long distance runner to watch. Mo running style keeps your eyes glued to his lanky frame as he powers his way to yet another win. It’s great to see him going back to Somalia and motivating his countrymen to run. Abdi Bile won the 1500 in 1987 World Championships. He was from Somalia.
He deserves all the success that he's achieved - he's really worked hard. Well done Mo, and the best of success as you ramp up to the marathon. I see a world record in your future.
Sir Mo you are my inspiration and have inspired me to be the runner I am today. I think that you are one of the world's greatest and you are very talented! I hope someday I will be at least half of the runner you are, and I will always look up to you! God bless you, and keep striving to be the best you can be!
Very cool to see Mo get back to his roots and train in Somalia, as supposed to Kenya or Oregon. You can see how huge his improvement has been. He seems a lot more in-tune with himself and his running. Sometimes it’s best to get back to your roots.
"Very cool to see Mo get back to his roots and train in Somalia..." Mo is training in Ethiopia, at Sululta High Altitude Training Camp outside of Addis, You saw him training there with Somalis who reside there, I imagine.
@@bircruz555 well technically Addis is less than 2 hrs away from the Ogaden region Somali territory which all Somalis call western Somalia (Somali galbeed) so mo was training in Somalia 🇸🇴 with his Somali athlete friends (he also teaches aidstopians for charity)

It doesn't need to be high quality content just on a regular schedule. Otherwise people will drift away from this channel. That's UA-cam for you..
That was really awesome sir no pain no gain is true as you did struggle for this marathon and may you win lots and lots of marathons . All the best to the mundane team and train hard and grew big .
"There is no secret" is an awesome thing to hear for someone who trains the old fashioned way. There's no short cuts, just train. Beautiful video!
