Kenya is such a lovely, peaceful and very simple place and people alike. A highly rated and phenomenal Athlete such as Paul here in Nigeria will have so much police men and bodyguard all over the stadium.
Luis’ torso is as long as Paul’s legs and he still held his own. 2-3 steps to his 1, at 5’4 and holding that pace among those Kenyans is undeniable. Amazing to watch. Great video 🤙🏾❤️
Fantastic to see both of you running! Paul is insanely relaxed at that pace. Well done for handling as much of it as you could! Not many can train with a double Oly medalist!
Well Pauls BMI Is about 17.5 and in his natural habitat. Luis has a solid build (and definitely more lean mass to height ratio )a more thicker higher cadence. Amazing job these guys are doing tho
Most tall runners are afraid to over stride cause of long legs but Paul has figured out a way to run with with a long stride and still keep correct form. Talented. Fantastic job guys 🔥
It's crazy around 3:15 you can immediately see the difference in running form between the two. Paul has a slight tilt forward with midfoot strike that's in line with his chest. While Luis runs straight up and down with heel or mid foot strikes in front of his body. Paul has better form and efficiency with his running even at a jog. Very cool to see!
So many comments already about Pauls form, but man. It's like a cyborg thats programmed to run in the most efficient way possible haha. I saw these videos of you running with him first on instagram. Found this channel later and watched all the episodes from Kenya in a single sitting :D Really nice to see and learn how the best in the world train. The quality in these videos is amazing aswell, the camera man deserves alot of praise!

Wow, great workout and effort. Extremely impressive to see you all run, but obviously Paul's form is at another level, but wow, you and the others did great as well!
Enjoying the content Luis, the Kenyan people are lovely, I've met a few of them and they are always very social and outgoing people. Paul is an exceptional talent and he passes the eye test right away. His running strides and form are perfect, effortless looking runner and I enjoyed watching you guys work. Luis, every time I watch your videos I am inspired and ready to go on my next run. I grew up playing soccer but have developed a true passion and desire to run. I have completed two half marathons and a couple of 10ks. Excellent content. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experiences! Greetings from Dallas, TX!
This video was amazing in explaining just how fast these marathon runners are going, looks like their jogging but you see next to this incredibly athletic guy who looks likes he’s doing an all out sprint and that was what they are doing for 2 hours
Well documented and edited clip: awesome awesome. Shows how Kenyan drill hard for success in races. Nothing is easy. Awaiting for the next video clip eagerly indeed. Paul’s running form(upper torso -steady and aligned) is insane ; just perfect
