Kershaw is inner circle; Verlander & Scherzer are comfortably qualified. Verlander has 1 WAR more than Kershaw in 700 more innings, and check the career ERA+. Kershaw is *easily* the greatest pitcher of our time. [PS: Kershaw has been a comparative bargain; $299 million so far.]
I still don’t why this is in question. Kershaw has always been head and shoulders above the pitcher in his time. Longevity and durability is all Scherzer and JV have on him

By this argument though if we are taking consistency and health out of it, I'd put DeGrom even a notch above kersh if we're talking the modern pitching goat
@@averieandhunterbanks No, I won’t, because it clearly wasn’t working in SF, and entering his age 32 season, I am pretty skeptical of him ever returning to his NYM form. If he puts up solid numbers in LA I will be happy for him because he’s a good dude, but he was mid at best the last few years and Giants fans will not miss him. And while I do appreciate your highly insightful comment, I think you best be getting back to vlogging and food reviews, buddy.

After watching Santiago Espinal for a couple years with my Jays... I very much do not have him as an 81 game player. He's only getting put in if someone breaks a bone.
Wishful thinking on Penik the Giants fan that the Packers are a bad matchup for the Eagles. Why? The Eagles won against them week 1 and are a much better team now than in week 1. The Packers not so much, and key injuries could really hold the Pack back.
