Can’t find how to use throttle only??

Can you tell me what setting allows riding without pedaling. The throttle doesn’t respond at all. This is brand new and rides great but I would like to cruise sometimes. Thanks.

You have to switch it to Class 3. Hold down the “i” button (between the + and - on the left handle) and then twist the throttle downward until the display shows “Class 3”. Then you can ride it without pedaling by using the throttle. Just discovered this on my new bike, hope this helps! 😊
