Lost my Mumma in July, a hollow void i dont think will ever be filled mate.. But i just try trigger happy thoughts n memories whenever i think of her.. Otherwise, Id be a wreck..

Like many, the last year or two has been rough on a lot of us, I lost my Mum, an accident cost me my front teeth (shout out Chan!!), the list goes on... This is why I love this podcast. Its the fact that these 3 brothers can get vulnerable with each other and allow their guests to be vulnerable in telling their stories. This podcast has definitely had an impact on my life in these last 2 years and has helped me grow to be more vulnerable with the people around me. Happy 2 years to you fellas. Yall are doing an amazing job with this podcast and it will only continue to get better from here.
I think my favorite episode was when y'all asked Freddie T how he was doing and he broke down talking about his grandmother. Vulnerable emotional state and he was able to freely express himself. Love this podcast!!

Fred I went through the same thing with my grandmother. I think her losing her memory hurt more then her death. But she will always be with you.

It is also nice for us to be given some insight on the guests you bring in, because there wouldn't be a way to see them on a personal level. Yup Grandma was key in my life too and one of my Aunts has dementia right now so i felt that episode at Channing's house too. Appreciate all of you for sharing such moments

With the Jonathan Owens and the Rashard Mendenhall pod….just goes to show you how ignorant and heartless the social media and internet spaces can be. I thought the Jonathan Owens pod WAS funny. Him and his wife are a beautiful couple. Rashard’s story hurt because it’s just so crazy to hear how insane social media is and how people are when they’re hiding behind their screens and phones smh.
