The Rock is the man even through all of his adversities his blessings still came through!! Rock stay on your course of helping other because I think you’re a man after God’s own heart ❤!!
Whatever you think of The Rock, I’ve always loved how he never, EVER turned his back on wrestling. He truly has zero shame of where he came from and what got him here. He’s definitely not the best movie star in the world because he makes good movies, but rather because wrestling taught him how to truly connect with an audience. And most importantly, to appreciate them. Through all his trials and tribulations, constant pitches and product placement and yes, his sometimes less than stellar movies, he’s still just a good guy deep down inside. He cares about people and he wants to leave this world a better place. I am forever “one of the millions….”

This was a fantastic interview and discussion. As someone who grew up watching The Rock as a kid and into adulthood, I learned so many things and insights into who he is and where life has taken him. These type of conversations are so motivating and energizing.
I love how they ask Rock great questions, and don’t shy away from throwing harmless shade. They balance that with making the Rock feel at ease in the interview. I just love hearing The Rock talk about his life. It’s great motivation!!
you can tell that super famous celebs are not used to being talked to like regular people. everyone in their circle is just brown nosing for favors. u can tell Rock was at ease and felt like a human again here. channing has the type of energy to bring anyone down to earth in a light hearted way. The fact of the matter that they got arguably the GOAT The Rock on the show is just mind boggling and is for sure my personal favorite episode to hear him tell his story. Every time he speaks on a point that’s a home run out the park, it hits a vein.
I love the respect you guys show your guests. You ask great questions and then let the guest actually respond. Also these convos always have such great insight on this funny thing we call life. Many blessings to everyone involved with The Pivot.
I had the privilege of meeting The rock when I was a kid.. We were at Disney waiting to get in to a restaurant in Magic Kingdom. We saw him and went crazy. Dude literally paused his family and security to come and greet us. We took a picture. This was years ago I think it was right after the Game Plan came out. So it had to be around 2007 lol. Never will forget that moment. He’s a good man
Knocked it out the park. Another masterpiece from the Pivot fellas. You can clearly see DJ/The Rock was at home here. He was open, funny, vulnerable and was smiling/laughing the ENTIRE interview. Fantastic interview. Thank you
Much respect to DJ Rock. The guy is thoughtful, introspective, and communicates very well. His voice and cadence and his well thought-out and interesting answers make this episode highly enjoyable.
My mother still has that same mentality based on her childhood as well. She has amassed quite the cushion but she is still very much afraid of being broke. Born and raised in the projects and hauled all over the country by adults.
You can see the genuine emotions swelling up in his eyes as he speaks truth. You gotta love this guy! May he continue to prosper and be blessed. He will always move it forward. It’s engrained in his heart.
Truth. Found myself tearing up listening because he's definitely been thru struggle and hard times and it's easy to relate to his story when we've all been thru hard times. And to see him continue to succeed is super motivating.
This is the best interview The Rock has ever done. He was really relaxed. I definitely need to check out the XFL. Great job as always Pivot crew. You guys are the best sports show out. Oh and please protect Channing at all costs. He is a national treasure..😂

Now, that’s what I call, a genuine and down to earth interview with the Rock or DJ. He expressed his raw honesty & authentic emotions. Thank you for an awesome episode.
Love The Rock, been a fan of his since '97 and this is by far thr best interview he's ever done. He really came across as a genuinely likeable guy like he always does, but without the scripted answers he gives on other shows. Props to y'all for keeping it a buck and you all just being you.
This show is an ongoing therapy session. It continually pivots to mental health, something that was once a taboo subject. Depression is real! I love this show and the multiplicity of guests from all walks of life. Thank you guys and keep on pushing! The Rock explaining the highs and lows of his life👍🏾Peace and blessings to all of you!
To me therapy is literally just venting and talking to another human. I think it’s crucial to have trusted ppl we can confided in. It’s almost like taking a verbal/mental shit. Cuz when we do it it, it allows us to flush out all the bullshit.
For any one who’s been chasing a dream knows exactly how it feels to have it snatched away from you. It really crushes your soul , your identity. Feels great to keep pushing and to see a light at the end of the tunnel. That’s why you can see the respect and admiration they all have for each other.
Until you actually played football, you’ll never understand how deep the love is here. I remember my last game…we won a state chip. The coach came in and said for some this will be the last time you ever suit up. Most of us shed tears in the locker room. The Rock = GOAT
The fact that they got the rock on here speaks volumes. Not only was he open but as usual another great interview. Fantastic episode and my fav podcast by far. Been a fan of Dwayne since his days in the nation and just amazing to see how far he’s come.
This was a GREAT show! The Rock has SO much personality and it was great to see it displayed on this show! And you can tell, he is actually a fan of the show! Great job guys !!!!
I have seen bits and pieces of this podcast yet I can say when I seen the totality of it, it is genius, brilliant and overdue. It is genius because the interaction of everyone is similar to homies hanging out and discussing life. It is brilliant because of the content of topics that are unique to the individuals but are discussed in a way to where it is relatable to everyone. It is overdue because people need to see that we can come together as brothers and disclose our opinions about all. What was taboo about confessing about the kinks in our mental or emotional armor can now be relayed in a manner to which it is accepted and understood. It truly is a pivot or turning point in our lives to come together to build up ourselves and our respective communities.
Usually when I see the thumbnail for the guest, I get excited for me. When I saw the Rock was this week's guest I got excited for the Pivot hosts. Well done you 3. Your hard work has truly paid off!
2023 and I thank you so much for using this platform to spread a positive message. I also want you to know that your show was the reason I started to examine my marriage of 23 years 2 years ago. The dots became obvious. This man is abusing me and he has never pivoted for not in sickness and in health. Your topics about mental health started shedding light on me. The word pivot!!!! Became real to me. Fast forward to 23 and I am no contact from my abusive husband. I refuse to live the second half of my life for someone else. My vibration is up and I am finally authentically pivoting for myself🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

Used to rat it up with him back in the day at Fitness21 late mornings, mostly empty gym, and I can say for sure that what he’s best at is connecting with people on a personal level, and even as a monster ou sly-sized guy, made people feel comfortable around him. This show is basically at the point where there can get anyone on the show based on their solid interaction and content.
I'm so proud of The Pivot!!! It's so amazing to see how this podcast has grown and evolved. I'm so proud of y'all. The Rock is someone we grew up watching so to have him on the show is so major. Thank y'all so much for continuing to be solid and anchored in your personable approach. It's so amazing to see how y'all keep raising the bar every week. This conversation was powerful and a much needed reminder to keep pushing no matter what the journey presents. Thank y'all so much.
This was incredible per usual🙌
His story of having 7 dollars remind me of mine at 2.37 cents man.
I’m sure many in the comments can relate when we hit rock bottom and didn’t see a way up.
Whoever can relate, I just wanna let y’all know how proud of y’all I am. For whoever is going through it RIGHT NOW, don’t fucking give up. You got this. One moment, one day at a time. Leessss geauuxxxxx❤🙌🙌🙏🙏
Absolutely my 7 dollars was at 2.50 cent
Thank you
It is so ironic that I used to keep $7 worth of pennies in this beautiful dish on my desk at work. At that time it was enough to buy enough gas to get to my parent's house if I lost everything.
When we hit "rock bottom"...i see what you did there
Definitely the best interview Rock has ever done.. It’s real no chaser or bs. Only The Pivot could pull it off! 🔥
Yea they dun done it with this💯✊🏾..
I swear i had to re look at the title they running it up crazy 😂
Was that sentence in English?
This was a fantastic interview and discussion. As someone who grew up watching The Rock as a kid and into adulthood, I learned so many things and insights into who he is and where life has taken him. These type of conversations are so motivating and energizing.
The level of comfort you guys are able to get your guests to are what makes these conversations so insightful and entertaining.
I love how they ask Rock great questions, and don’t shy away from throwing harmless shade. They balance that with making the Rock feel at ease in the interview. I just love hearing The Rock talk about his life. It’s great motivation!!
Congratulations, you've been chosen as a winner of my give-away,hit me up on tele-gram for package......🎉
you can tell that super famous celebs are not used to being talked to like regular people. everyone in their circle is just brown nosing for favors. u can tell Rock was at ease and felt like a human again here. channing has the type of energy to bring anyone down to earth in a light hearted way. Goat podcast.
This interview was absolutely incredible. DJ is a phenomenal human being. Just wanna say that channing is one of the realiest people on planet earth. I cant imagine this show without him. We need more people like RC, Channing, and fred. Blessings and more success. 🙏🏽 🙌🏽👊🏽
Jesus, that man is fine 😍
Being able to get the rock on a personal interview is huge. Respect to the pivot.
This is exciting that they are getting A list actors in addition to all of the great athletes. Proud and excited for them!
The Rock is a athlete
@@derrickzorns6506 was an athlete**
@@WheelchairWolverine he still wrestle
Thank you
The balance among the three of you and the interaction with the guests make this show amazing
Congratulations, you've been chosen as a winner of my give-away,hit me up on tele-gram for package......🎉
Truth. Found myself tearing up listening because he's definitely been thru struggle and hard times and it's easy to relate to his story when we've all been thru hard times. And to see him continue to succeed is super motivating.
Channing + The Rock = Gold 😂😂😂😂
Soo happy for these boys! Throwing down with the Rock and getting him to talk this open is amazing!
This is the best interview The Rock has ever done. He was really relaxed. I definitely need to check out the XFL. Great job as always Pivot crew. You guys are the best sports show out. Oh and please protect Channing at all costs. He is a national treasure..😂
Congratulations, you've been chosen as a winner of my give-away,hit me up on tele-gram for package......🎉
I’ve learned so much about him on this interview. And I’ve followed this man since his WWF debut
The rock is my idol. He was the first black person I saw on tv that looked like me at 5 years old when I was watching wwf. This dude has the same birthday as my mom. We both Taurus lol. I got a lot of admiration for mr johnson.
The Rock on a podcast is HUGE! Nice job pivot
Ik broo 😮💅💯
Thank you Connor. We worked hard to produce this film. Feel free to donate as it helps us get these amazing guests to interview and share to our loyal fans.
@@yunked bro why u asking people to do note under every comment. Pivot don’t have no where up here to send them money.

I like how Channing and his chemistry blended to make comedic moments
Now, that’s what I call, a genuine and down to earth interview with the Rock or DJ. He expressed his raw honesty & authentic emotions. Thank you for an awesome episode.
Love The Rock, been a fan of his since '97 and this is by far thr best interview he's ever done. He really came across as a genuinely likeable guy like he always does, but without the scripted answers he gives on other shows. Props to y'all for keeping it a buck and you all just being you.
I can’t believe how happy I am to see The great one THE ROCK on The Pivot. This is huge. I can’t expect nothing less then greatness from this podcast.
Everyman wants a son, but honestly having a daughter changes you to a better man
🙏🏾
Much respect for Dwayne The Rock Johnson. That line "i gotta be me"👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 most dont get that in this world on every level
I love the calmness of the show
And it’s like therapy fr
The energy in this conversation was amazing, I watched the whole interview from my phone and I felt like I was in the room with these guys
Doing legit the exact same ; feeling is spot on
Forreal, I watched more than half in the sauna before my phone finally got too hot
This doesn't even feel like an entire hour and I love it. There is a wealth of knowledge in someone's past
Y’all never fail to make y’all guest feel so comfortable and make them open up
FINALLY THE ROCK HAS COME BACK; to the PIVOT 💪🏾
Y'all are giving us the best Rock interview ever.
Incredibly happy to see that you guys got the rock on your podcast. The way you guys handle business behind the scenes is a testament to why this caliber of talent are sitting to have these convos with you guys.
I know “The Rock” is a busy man so the fact that you guys got one hour exactly is a reminder of this fact.
This is amazing fellas!! So happy to bear witness to your continuous growth!!
The Rock was so humble and respectful appreciate all the questions that were asked. I watched him growing up he is one of my all time favorite wrestlers and a great person. I'm giving him his flowers for all he's done and continue to do.
RC always does a bang up job researching these folks to ask great questions
Genuinely the most respectful, kindest guy surrounded by a group of men who get that bravado gets you so far but it’s not about being showy, it’s about how you treat the world and the people in it!
This was such a great watch!
I felt like I was sat in the room just listening to a group of guys laugh about old times!
This whole podcast = chills + respect. What a great man, I look up to you rock. Reminds me of my grandfather. Beautiful, manly, intelligent souls
As Part of the Day Ones, I'm really proud that you have continued to grow but more than anything, that you've continued to remain true to the recipe that makes you, The Pivot. And Channing Crowder, I don't say it enough but I appreciate what you bring to this Show. It seems to me that the brighter the lights, the more you shine. Great Episode. Now, I really am looking forward to Tom Brady 😊😊
Wouldn't mind seeing Brady, but he really is the king of corporate answers.
My man Dwayne. Used to rat it up with him back in the day at Fitness21 late mornings, mostly empty gym, and I can say for sure that what he’s best at is connecting with people on a personal level, and even as a monster ou sly-sized guy, made people feel comfortable around him. Right before the release of his first starring role in The Rundown and he went from Star to supernova, he was the same dude as he is now.
U tickle they lil chin and you move on.. Channing is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
*Standing ovation*...You guys are killing it. Fantastic interview!
Ive watched some Pivot podcast and this is the biggest guest. Future WWE Hall of Famer Dwayne The Rock Johnson. The most electrifying man in all of Sports Entertainment.
One of the BEST!!! mature, adult, down-to-earth, and real interviews I have ever watched....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank You .
Whole amount of proudness felt towards these boys. 👏🏾👏🏾 The best bet you can do is “Bet on yourself”!
Proud is exactly the word I’m looking for!! This is amazing for them (and us😂).
One of the best episodes I have seen from the pivot always fun to see but also to learn on how to move forward on with life
Chan has come a long way as an interviewer. S/O to Fred for sacrificing and allowing the other two to led the interviews
WOW!! THE ROCK!! ABSOLUTELY PROUD OF YOU MEN! YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE IMPACT YOU GUYS HAVE ON SO MANY PEOPLE! YOU GUYS CANNOT BE STOPPED!! KEEP GOING! GOD BLESS!
Definitely one of the best podcast episodes I’ve ever watched. Great questions and you can tell the Rock has a limitless amount of experience and stories that made him who he is today.
I’ve watched every episode that the pivot has put on since they started. They NEVER fail. Great interview with the Rock! 🔥🔥🔥
I been riding with you fellas from the 1st episode. You've set the standard and im excited to see more great things from you guys. The skies the limit!! Keep giving us great shows and inspiring us...💪🏾🙏🏾

One of the reasons I LOVE The Pivot is the way they give each other the respect when they ask their guests questions. They don’t speak over each other or their guests. Also as a black wife, mom, and grandmother these gentlemen make me very proud. Great Job Gents 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️. I’ve been watching you off and on for about 2 years. ❤
Completely knocked this interview out the park as usual! Great balance of humor & seriousness
The pivot can’t miss with their guests!!!!
