Falling comes with the disease. Strength and balance for me is always built up in summer and set back in winter. I have an physical disability and can't do what I want and need and exercise is limited in safe options. I say, I have MS it doesn't have me. Fear holds us back fight warriors you can do it

Hi Gretchen you speak about neuro based exercises for hip flexors would you say marching is one of them?

I fell last year because of tornado type winds in my city. My rollator was thrown six feet and I ended up losing my balance. I've been shaky since.
Have you used the Cionic neural sleeve? Is really that good?

Saw your "short" video with the lift for weak leg to get into car. I have MS at 73 but were still vertical. Lost mobility when left in nursing home after knee surgery. Walked in and couldn't walk out. Had to learn to walk again. Lost 40 lbs in 2 months stay, PT said I lost 50% muscles. Have spasticity now. Taken almost a year to get walking with walker but still weak legs lifting into car or in bed. You want to give up at times. This contraption is so simple but amazing. It is terrific such simple things help your brain think you can improve so you actually gain more confidence and improve by yourself. Was dependent on others too much in my mind and I needed to get past that to actually improve. All your videos have helped. Thank you!!

Fear of falling is always there for me. Legs hurt and have trouble walking. Is it common to feel MS hug in leg?

The MS hug is specific to spasticity in the torso region of the body. However, spasticity can occur throughout any portion of the body such as the leg☺️

Thank you for ur reply!! I wasn't sure what was going on I checked it wasn't a DVT so I'm glad to hear that it could be MS related! 😅 This disease is a total roller coaster!@@DoctorGretchenHawley
