I found the one at Museumplein, on the other side of the street from the Concertgebouw, very useful when I went. It wasn't that far from Vondelpark, super convenient. I did notice they had *a lot* of locations across the city center in Amsterdam.
That Museumplein one is huuuuuge and great for all your picnic needs 😁
The food looks quite good there at that market especially the sandwiches and salads!
It's all usually rather good! We visit the same store in the airport when we arrive at Schiphol and grab food to take home so we don't have to cook that day :-P

Absolutely agree. Lately we've been ordering from Pieter Pot, Crisp, and Lindenhoff. Rarely any plastic, ever. For visitors, it might be time to figure out the next best thing. Thanks for pointing that out...time to do some more research :)

Not sure about this specific one, but many of them do! My favorite is the rosemary chicken bowl. It comes with roasted potatoes and green beans 🤤
Is food more expensive in Denmark than in the Netherlands?? Please answer 😊
I've never lived in Denmark, so I can't really answer. But I'm sure it depends on where in the country. If you Google for a cost of living index, that would help you see direct comparisons.

Maybe, but the to-go shops offer quick, easy and cheap food alternatives to going to a restaurant.

B) that there are to-go versions with quick food.

Cheap compared to going out to a restaurant. And the AH to go is handy.
Budget food. Go to a supermarket. Yeah. Ok.
Specifically ones designed for people eating on the go or picnicking, yep. Hope that's ok.

That is simply not true. Expensive, maybe. But bad quality? Just like anywhere, you can have bad quality or good quality.
