The Los Altos Festival of Lights Parade is also live on Xfinity 15 in Los Altos, Mountain View, and Cupertino. In Sunnyvale it is live on Xfinity 26. On AT&T U-verse in the Bay Area it is live on Channel 99 (choose Mountain View, then KMVT Mountain View Community).
