Why I'm DONE working in retail (RANT)

I was workin in retail and I was a supervisor over a department and 1 day I went into work and there was this random lady I have never seen before changing things and I was like excuse me what r u doin thats my job to change signs and update displays and other stuff and she was like im the supervisor of the department can i help u and i was like UM! NO! Im the supervisor of the department who told u that u were supervisor? So I took her to the office to get it figured out because I have been supervisor for a while and come to find out it was the manager of the store that made her supervisor and demoted me and i wasn't even told and they cut my pay and cut my hours
