The black handle part on the cannister twists off too. Under where the cannister sits on the vacuum, is another motor filter, people might want to know about, that also needs cleaned once in a while.
Thank you my dude. Obviously I knew I had to open it up but I wanted to know the proper way to do that. My belt was completely snapped. Good thing I had a spare! Works good as new.
We are definitely not your target audience…. My 25 month old son is obsessed with vacuums. We got him the toy Dyson when he was 18 months and he loved it so much that we got a relatively inexpensive (and lightweight) *real* stick vacuum for his 2nd birthday. He recently started asking to watch “vacuuming videos” and I’m delighted to have found your channel! You don’t curse or make inappropriate jokes, you just show how to fix vacuums in a wholesome manner, plus there’s a cat that my son thinks is hilarious. Today, my toddler asked me to bring him his “yellow vacuum and a screwdriver” (aka the kitchen whisk) while he was watching you, and he pretended to work on his vacuum alongside you. He likes to talk to the screen: “Grown up, turn it on! No brush. Don’t eat daddy’s shoe! (Cat reference)” Anyway, we are your newest subscribers and I just thought you might get a kick out of being a hero for a vacuum loving 2 year old
Happy to be of value! Your story isn't as uncommon as you'd think. I'm unintentionally building an army of young repairmen! I'm happy to hear that you enjoy the videos💜
Im 14, and I fix vacuums all the time. I also have a colletion of them. including a green hoover empower, a eureka dash sprint, yellow eureka light speed, green eureka optima, two kirbys, sentria, and g6, and my all-time favorite, the eureka comfort clean o!
19:55 that one is different compared to the 2191 and 1700 because on those ones you can twist the lid or whatever the thing is called on top of the bin and that comes out with the cyclone and on this one you have to twist the cyclone out while it is in the bin
I don't know what it is particularly about this new model. The Older model still wouldn't leak a bit of dust.Cause it doesn't have very good filtration. But it seems like this one's leaking dust even more than the other one with regular maintenance
I do a good job maintaining my vacuums but I shall watch anyway. For my Bissell I like to vacuum and blow out the dust from the filter then rinse it out with water.
I find these bissells very popular for a reason their easy to maintain fix and repair I’ve disassembled my entire bissell powerforce helix turbo rewind and easily put it together I was 12! ( Edit: I didn’t touch the motors on the vacuums but I took them apart to the motor housing and stopped their )
4:32 you like to wash that filter with hand soap the soaps that I like to wash the filters from My bissell powergroom bagless and my bissell powerswift compact with is the dawn original and the dawn platinum dish soap if you know which dish soaps that I am talking about
Excellent, easy to follow video! Found the clog and my vacuum got a nice maintenance cleaning too! Thank you!
You are the ma’an, thank you so much & in the cleaning I noticed the middle part also comes apart from the top part where the filter goes. TFS 😊
Thanks. Glad to see how to clean the filter and "Cyclone". I own a 2191U model and have had it for 3 years!
Even though, I don't have one of these I find this beyond helpful! I appreciate this video, thank you!

I returned mine to Walmart because it lost of suction and I got a compact instead because it’s small and perfect for small carpets 😊
@@Htf_Shiftykinky story there….naughty yet nice! Do tell more fables 😊

Vacuum addict lol
Thank you so much for this video! I was able to figure out how to fix and get a new part for my broken vacuum!
Glad I could help!
Excellent video. The kitten that was supervising you is really cute!
Thanks!! Exactly what I am looking for! And love your ginger cat!!!🥰
Filter Queen had just came out with their first cordless vacuum.

Is there a post motor filter for this vacuum? I just bought the same one and I noticed there is no post-motor filter on this model?

Could also cut with scissors ✂️ all stuck hair on brush ❤👍thank you for your video
I love that sweeper
I actually bought one of these and it sounds like it has the new quieter motor
Thanks to make my vacuum Sucks again😊👍
I just purchased this vacuum and when I connect the attachments, it blows instead of sucking the debris. What did I miss? Thank you.
I have taken my vacuum apart and cleaned it but I have a little metal piece that fell off. I can’t figure out where it goes
It goes in the belt area, but it's not a huge deal if it's left out
@@IntellitechStudios that’s good to know because I can not find where it goes 😂 thank you 😊
YOU HELPED ME SO MUCH ❤

Great video. Is the brush roller supposed to be powered or just a push feature?
It's always on, the belt drives it
@IntellitechStudios ok. Thank you. I suppose ours broke some time ago and we did not realize it. No wonder why we are not getting everything up
My rug adjustment is off can’t get it back on help.
I found a white rubber seal which fell out when I went to clean, where does this fit please
How do you change the filter under the dirt tank?
Thank you bro!!
I like the coin trick thanks
Thanks a lot.
Mine keeps blowing out dust from the bottom.
Thank you.
Is there no post motor filter? Mine blowing dust out of the Lower area
There is, but it's not user accessible
@@IntellitechStudios WHAT WOULD THE REASON I HAVE DUST BLOWING OUT OF THAT AREA?
What's your favorite vacuum...😅
Fantom Fury & Bissell PowerGlide Ultra
Belt? How to change
I got the vacuum cleaner to
Cleaned put back won't start
5:00 very loud when on
Slap it for good luck 🖐😂
Yeah you didn’t show how to fix clogs in the bottom tube.
Sorry I did miss a step. After you remove the screw that hols the lower hose, you can straighten the hose and push the clog out with a broom handle
@@IntellitechStudios sorry I was super pissed at my vacuum when I wrote this now I feel bad 😭 thank you for the video and the reply!
1:12 I always do that
Leave your cat out of the presentation. FFS.
Why he's cute.
