I believe he’s just mentally broken, not financially. At 40, he’s still very young and has plenty of time to turn things around if he takes the advice.
I would love to have a financial advisor to work with. I’ve always felt comfortable handling my finances on my own, but I’m realizing the value of having a skilled advisor. I feel it’s time to find a good financial advisor who can guide me and help me make smarter financial decisions.
Man, you’re so lucky. It’s hard to find anyone trustworthy these days, especially with so many people claiming to be financial advisors online. It’s tough to know who to trust and work with. How can I get access to her? I’ve been considering getting a financial advisor myself, especially after learning from Matthew’s story. I know he’ll be fine-he’s got a good skill set, and I hope he’ll be smarter this time.
I'll for sure give it a look, I'm on board with hiring a financial consultant because getting that balance right between saving and enjoying life needs some guidance...
This young man is very talented I just hate the bad reputation rumors and fake allegations but when it comes to money get back he's in his own lane and has his own style and that's what makes *Strong widget* so unique and untouchable‼️..
Wow.. after all this time, the recovery becomes reality. I personally have a lot of faith in this dudes and I think it'll be successful. Thank you *Strong Widget* on the Internet for all the effort you've put into this project, and let us all have high hopes for the release 👏🏼.
Well please tell us where they sell the crystal balls that can show men which women will stay the same after 10 or 20 years of marriage and won't kick you to the curb if you lose a job, please tell us where to buy them cos it's impossible to know who is safe to marry without one.
I started over at 40. Lost everything and 60 k in debt. With some help, hard work and following the baby steps I’m worth just over a million at 50. You can do it! A comeback was my goal. Best of luck!!
Most Americans find it hard to retire comfortably amid economy downtrend. Some have close to nothing going into retirement, my question is, will you pay off mortgage as a near-retiree, or spread money for cashflow, to afford lifestyle after retirement?
Agreed, the role of advisors can only be overlooked, but not denied. I remember in early 2020, during covid-outbreak, my portfolio worth around 300k took a slight fall, apparently due to the pandemic crash, at once I consulted an advisor in order to avoid panic-selling. As of today, my account has yielded big fat yields, and leverages on 7-figure, only cos I delegate my excesses right.
this is huge! mind if I look up the advisr that guides you please? only invest in my 401k through my employer for now, but enthused about diversifying my investments for a prosperous financial future
I've shuffled through a few advisors in the past, but settled with “Annette Christine Conte” her service is exemplary. I'd suggest you research her further on your browser, sure you'll find her basic info.
Annette Christine Conte is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
As a 26 year old married guy who just bought a home for my wife and kids and owes $340,000, that debt is daunting! I cant wait to get where some of you are. I received a $90k insurance payout from a work injury and want to invest it in the stock market. How can I get started?
Honestly, i would leave that money in an account that yields 5% annually , or if you're willing to take the risk of getting into the stock market i suggest you consult with a trusted fiduciary advisor for directions.
@@FliesLordofthe Naw. Just sign up for an e-trade account and put money that you can forget about for 15 years in an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 (VOO, is an example of one). You don't need a financial advisor for stock market investment. Unless you are trying to manage income from stock market (which, with 90K, youre not). IMO.
@@JoanCorl3y Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
at least you don't have to pay alimony since your name is Jen? I am sorry if I presuming, but you have rights as a woman that is undeniably won't be infringed esp nowadays.
I’m proud of you Mathew! You had every reason to give up but you didn’t. Time to get angry and bust this stuff in the mouth. It needs to be behind you. You got this!
You are in a good position. Eliminate the thought of starting over and move forward. You can do this, and you have this. Write it down and check it off. You are in a great position.
Unfortunately, 40 is still 40. Our bodies, our organs have existed for 40 not 20 years. So, no matter what people say to make themselves "feel" better. The reality is living 20 years is 20 years and living 40 years is 40 years. We can't get around that reality. Forty is still part of our middle-aged years.
Then you got jade “that’s not bad” that’s almost 40% of his take home pay and that’s not and how much you wanna bet he’s paying her rent and extras while she chills at home
I know it feels really hard when you are in the season, but 40 years old isn't too bad. I started over at nearly 50 as a single mom, sold my house and moved back into a rental after owning for over 12 years; I had debt of about $100K (sold my house to regroup and partly pay off the debt)...today, nearly 5 years later, I own a house again, zero debt and an investment portfolio that is growing... You will recover and do well. Cheering for you!
Fair question. While I always ensured I paid the minimum on all my bills & debt, I was maxed out on all available facilities (Credit card, LOC, HELOC, etc.), that's why my last resort was to sell my house and pay of all debt and start over from zero. I was at a point where I could not borrow from any main stream lenders, so to keep myself from going down the pay-day loan way, I knew that if I had no debt (all debt paid off) and started saving aggressively, I would be able to turn my finances around - it's what I did. In a nutshell, my credit was bad enough I couldn't get more debt from banks...even increasing limits on the credit facilities I already had.
You and your team and your associates are absolute legends. Thanks so much for the work that you've all been doing *Strongwidget on the internet.* Keep up with the great work, you've been doing!! Thank you for saving and protecting millions of Americans from this heartless people... 😔 What comes around, goes around!!!!! Let them have it!! God bless your heart for helping us the victims...🙏🏼🥰❤️
A few months ago, a young electrician neighbor advertised his services on the FB community for our suburb. He was looking to make extra income by doing side jobs outside of his regular workplace. He's been getting jobs from homeowners who need light fixtures installed, non working outlets repaired, new switching, new wiring, trouble shooting etc. This guy has great skills and charges a fair price, so his side business keeps him very busy.
I came across your channel through this video- case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two years, working closely with a financial market specialist, I've built a six-figure diversified stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even more this year.
I'm a newbie talking about a financial market specialist, do you consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 10Ok to test the waters now that large cap stocks are at a discount
For new investors: Buy stocks in solid companies and hold them as long as they stay strong. Ignore forecasts and market opinions-they’re distracting at best and useless in the long run
The key to strong returns isn’t quick-gaining assets but managing risk in relation to reward. It’s about maintaining the right allocation and consistently using your edge to reach your goal. This holds true for everything from long-term wealth building to short-term market plays
The U.S. economy relies on ongoing credit and debt generation for sustenance. The Federal Reserve is expected to increase the money supply, leading to further debt accumulation for the average American. Meanwhile, foreign nations continue to desire the U.S. dollar, despite their own economies facing significant challenges, some even worse than that of the U.S. This situation raises concerns about who will ultimately bear the consequences of these economic dynamics.
They do say gold will crash in a liquidity crunch However, many of those holding precious metals are preparing for such an event. So they are unlikely to be forced sellers. The paper market would tank and hopefully collapse.
I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Hit rock bottom at 44. Took a step back and weighed my options. With a good investment plan that ensures a steady income without any doubts, I and my husband are prepared for a well-organized retirement. I started investing in stocks 2 years ago and so far, I am making a good yield on my dividend. I've learned that getting a good return is very much attainable only if you know your way around it.
You say it like it's easy forgetting that not everyone is as lucky as you are. I've invested for months now without any progress. How are you able to do it?
It's totally far from luck. Sir Jonas Herman, a CFA has consistently outperformed the market ever since I got on his program. He has continued to put my $25k to good use with market driven strategies making me an optimal return of over $101k
Do not forget that when it comes to investing, prices can be erratic, rising and declining quickly, often in relation to companies' policies, which individual investors or “experts” do not influence.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Grace Miller.

Hello 👋 i really need a way to survive, I was born a Christian, and sometimes I feel down on myself because of low finances, but I still believe I can still make it someday. As a beginner how do I go about investing into Crypto!.
I am 52 years old. I reached my first 100 thousand dollars in just 3 months. I started with 20k investing in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend income. My medium-term goal is to grow my money investing forever for my business and children..
This year I reached 100 thousand invested in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend income, it was exactly 1 year and 4 months, I already accelerated to reach 200 thousand, I think I will reach the goal sooner
I need a way to draw up a plan to set up for retirement while still earning passive income to meet my day to day need and also get charged lesser taxes even while in a higher tax bracket. i want to invest around $250K savings.
Diversify your holdings across several asset types to reduce risk rather than putting all of your eggs in one basket. If you don't know a lot about finances, speak with a financial expert.
I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $2m with the help of my advisor from an initial $350k investment.
Sophie Lynn Carrabus is the licensed advisor I use and i'm just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.

I went thru a divorce at the same age as him and I was able to rebuild. I kept the house, but only cuz I bought out here portion of the equity. To this day, I'm doing way better than her financially 5 years later.
An electrician can easily find side jobs in a fluent communities installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, generator, wall, panels, etc. he could honestly rebuild his entire business starting with that.
I love Jade so much! She's smart, she's organized, she can cut through the pain in someone's story and help them figure out how to get to the other side. She also has excellent hair. The male host is also good. He works very well with Jade. Who is my favorite Ramsey personality.
As a fellow Canadian, when he says he makes 80-90 a year; if that's pretax, that means his take home is going to be about 58-60k or $5k/month. So minimum payments + rent + child support + insurance + gas already eliminates 70% of that.
I’m 44 now, at 40 I was nearly bankrupt, didn’t have anything and actually had to stay with my parents for a little bit. Married and three kids, because of several bad decisions in business. I realized like you I think we realize soon, we don’t have time to quit, no one’s coming to help us, no one will do it for us. In the last three years, I’ve built a $200 million business. Of course I don’t have 200 million in the bank, but I’ve been able to build a business because I never stopped. I hear wealthy people all of the time say fail faster. I totally disagree with them, I say when you fail, you have 72 hours to cry about it and then you have to get back up and start moving again whether we feel like it or not. Good luck to you, brother, if I can do it, you can do it. Start that electrician business back, your friends will give you the credit you need, and you’ll be fine. Don’t feel sorry for yourself, grow numb to the world, put your nose down and grind.
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!
Exploring new investment opportunities demonstrates your proactive stance towards financial growth during these volatile times. Diversifying your portfolio can play a crucial role in effectiveIy mitigating risks..
Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Adriana Katherine
Stay out of debt. That will only make things worse. Get over your pity party and start moving forward, one step at a time. Don't look backwards. Look forward. Positive energy creates a positive outlook. Negativity does the opposite. Good luck.

This will end ugly you say. But every crash brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped. I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid crash, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the bubble/collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.
I do not disagree, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such execution are usually carried out by investment experts with experience since the 08' crash

Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks
@@Bestjudy001 However, if you do not have access to a professional like Clementina Abate Russo, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. It is important to consider all options and seek guidance from reliable sources before making any major decisions. I think the retirement crisis will get even worse. A lot of people can’t save because of low paying jobs, inflation, and insane rental rates. And now that home ownership is out of reach for middle class Americans, they won’t have a house to retire with either.
Rising prices have affected my intention of retiring at 62, working part-time, and building my savings. I'm worried about whether individuals who weathered the 2008 financial crisis found it less challenging than my current situation. The stock market's volatility, coupled with a reduced income, is making me anxious about having enough for retirement.
I completely agree; I am 60 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1,250,000 in external retirement funds. I've just exercised my civic duty and casted my vote to Trump and I'm glad he won! Now, I'm turning my attention to my financial future. As an avid investor, I'm intrigued by the strategies of top investors. With $545K from my recent home sale, I'm weighing my options: invest in stocks now or wait for a more favorable market?
For any investor, a strong plan is essential to their portfolio. The higher the risk, the bigger the possible return when it comes to making important decisions, thus it makes sense to consult with seasoned experts.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. I’m just so proud of Matthew. Despite having so many reasons to give up, he didn’t. We’re all rooting for you, and I truly believe in you!

Most Americans find it hard to retire comfortably amid economy downtrend. Some have close to nothing going into retirement, my question is, will you pay off mortgage as a near-retiree, or spread money for cashflow, to afford lifestyle after retirement?
as most investing-related questions, the answer is, it depends.. my best suggestion is to consider advisory management

@JoanneArc-or9sr which state u in?

That's Canada.
Was your credit low 5yrs ago too? Did the steps you take really boost it enough in that time for home buying?
We believe in you, Matthew ... you can do this 🙌🏾
No, we don't.

Things like this happen when someone doesn't just sit around being bitter and blaming everyone else for the problems they themselves created.
I came across your channel through this video-

establishing routines, like consistently setting aside

You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is
to spread out your investments. By putting
your money into different asset classes like
bonds, real estate, and stocks from other
countries, you can lower the risk if one part of
the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two
years, working closely with a financial market

stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even
more this year.

That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks

The U.S. economy relies on ongoing credit and debt generation for sustenance.
I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.

his problem is paying $1800 / month in child support.
Jades hair looks amazing!!
She’s incredibly hot !!! ❤
Has Kamala called Dave Ramsey yet? 😂🤣
I spent a billion dollars and still lost everything and now I’m 20 million in debt. 💀🤣
lol she needs to follow Dave's baby steps to dig herself out of the hole.
Vancouver, Ontario doesn't exist. He's in British Columbia.
Ramsey advice is often not applicable to Canadians. We are taxed through the roof and the cost of living here is way higher than the US.
I've noticed the younger hosts like these two never seem to consider that.
I'm favoured, $22K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I invest, on which platform? If you know any please share.
Investing in crypto/forex is a good idea,
a good trading system would put you
through many days of success.
Investing $15,000 and received $174,000
Same, I met Mrs Anna Davis last
year for the first time at a conference in
Manchester, after then my family
changed for good. God bless Mrs Anna
YES!!! That's exactly her name (Mrs Anna ) so many people have
recommended highly about her and am
just starting with her 😊 from United States
Forget a business. Just work and save and pay off debt. You'll be fine.
I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!
@@Dantursi1 This is really nice. I worry that I have a couple more years before retirement, and I want to switch to using a financial advisor, I could really use the expertise of this advsors.
Finding financial advisors like Annette Christine Conte who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I appreciate it. After searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
If anyone can do it, it’s you Mat
I believe you will turn things around for the better. You got this!
These people forget about the high cost of just living and taxes. 80-90,0000 per year is nothing. Nothing at all. Also, NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO KILL THEMSELF DOING A SIDE HUSTLE.
As a Canadian, all I want to know is, where is Vancouver, Ontario? 0:26
He probably meant Vancouver, BC from a canadian comment😅
You can do side jobs for $100 hr. Dude being lazy and depressed. Snap out of it today
What side jobs pay $100 HR ?
Same thing happened to me as a truck driver jobs not paying.....investments gone everything
You went through a divorce to?
@FreeAgent797 nah single parent but definitely was going through it at the end of my relationship.
She’s pretty. Her husband is lucky
She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k
Wow, that's interesting. I've recently been exploring the option of working with an FA too. Any chance you could recommend who you work with?
Tracy Britt Cool Consulting a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
I just Googled her name and her website came up right away. It looks interesting so far. I sent her an email and i hope she responds soon.
I’d love to hear his ex’s side of this. It’s obvious he’s not telling everything.
How is it obvious?
@@Don-hc4gkfor one he is playing the victim on everything.
He is a victim if he ended up with all the debt from his failed business. They should have split the debt in half as well.
Yeah maybe he did something terrible, like not affirm her feelings 🙄 Dude is calling to ask for help, and isn’t bashing his ex wife at all
@@bettygrable6440or maybe he’s lying. At minimum he’s not responsible with money or work.
Wish I would have learned this sooner. “Never sign a contract (marriage contract included) where the other person is the only one that can benefit from it” 🤷🏿
Vancouver Ontario? something wrong in there
I forget what the lady's name is but she looks gorgeous
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Wage garnishment for child support means he did not pay for many months. I do not feel sorry for him. He should work two jobs and provide for his kids.
In all fairness court ordered child support is wage garnishment in Georgia
Yeah everyone seems to have missed this smh.
Vancouver, Ontario...Say what? 😂
How does an electrician lose his business?
Everyone needs electricians.
You don't need a truck to do that work.
Consumer proposal here in Canada is very cool. I had to do that after life turned upside down, lost family, house fire 🔥
Another horrifying story of shallow wife divorcing the guy after he loses his business and she takes the rest of his money. But he's 40, just needs some motivation and he'll be back on his feet. He just needs to understand that things do get better.
He lives in Vancouver, which might be the most expensive city in north America. 90K salary won't get u far up there.
I live in Surrey, BC myself and you are right. It is not cheap to live up here.
41 and starting my life over just like you. Lost my business to covid. Savings gone. Taught myself to code and landed a software dev job in a brand new city. 16k in debt currently, but paying it off while putting 35% of my income into savings/retirement/investing. We both can do it man. We just got some extra hurdles to jump over.
If you in a skilled trade and are good then there is no excuse to be broke. Period
I love watching this channel and the remote job guru channel everyday fr!
Do these ppl never listen to callers? Makes 90 which is good income pays 1800 a month in child support which is dumb , and they say pay 4k month for this debt he don’t make 6k a month after taxes let alone has to pay his own bills as well
-"pays 1800 a month in child support which is dumb"
You realize he HAS to pay that amount, right? It's REQUIRED by law. That's what the judge ruled in his divorce case.
@ no shit dude it’s dumb to by law to pay 1800 when a girl who gets on child support is 50$
I feel for this guy. I'm going in the same route in a couple of months...thankfully, the only debt I got is my mortgage. Once I sell the house and get that taken care of, I should be able to start a new life.
wife wants out?
Dude needs to join a church or social club to network for side jobs and get his mojo back. Then choose better before you settle down again
James Sexton, a top divorce lawyer, identifies that a significant trigger for divorce occurs when a man loses his job.
Yes, you can rebuild when you're 40. Also, Jade looks amazing!
