Do you find often times when camping you’re parked in the shade? I put a modest system on my trailer and I am now thinking about getting a beefy generator and a victron that can charge at like 120 amps or something. The solar rarely makes power because I’m usually parked under trees to keep it cool inside.

During our 4 years of living on the road/camping full-time, we most often found ourselves with the choice of parking in the shade or not depending on if we needed solar re-charging or if we wanted shade.

Hi, I’ve had a question for a while. I have 7 100aH AGM batteries and 2 100watt panels connected to 80am SCC and a 3000w inverter charger. I can’t run my system more than 24hrs before needing the generator. I also can’t run the microwave, a/c, or heater without the generator but the system can handle the fridge, tv, WiFi box, and computer. What do I need to do?

Our audio levels are up to the UA-cam recommended specs. I don’t have much control over ad volume. I pay the 10 bucks a month for UA-cam premium so I can watch ad free, though, so I haven’t seen an ad in years.
