Soft 99 is the real deal. Another product that is just as good, IMO, is Finish Kare Hi Temp Paste Wax. I get 10-12 months durability with it, plus it delivers a very high gloss.
Fusso coat has great durability, and very good hydrophobicity/beading. It doesn't have a high gloss finish compared to many other waxes however. But you can layer Fusso coat with soft99 mirror shine wax, which does have a higher gloss. This way you get a durable base layer of wax with the Fusso, which lasts 8-12 months, and a high gloss with the mirror shine (this only lasts 2-3 months though). If you wax your car regularly say once a month with mirror shine, you will keep a decent top layer on constantly.
Great video and beautiful car. Have you ever heard of "The Rag Company" , as far as towels, drying supplies and pretty much detail supplies as well.Specifically for micro fiber towels. Cheers.
Awesome video can I please ask if you know if it's alright to use this outside? I am looking to get a new wax and I've heard there is a 24 hour cure time and I have no garage. Thanks
I don't have a garage either. Avoid applying it in direct sun if you can. I only applied wax on cool surfaces. I would turn the car around to work on shaded areas only.
Hi Emilio. In this case I didnt clean the car after polishing. I only polished a small area by hand around the drivers door. It has now been a few months since I waxed it and it still has good water beading. If I was fully polishing the whole car I might use an IPA wipe or something like Carpro Eraser to remove the oils. I plan on doing that in a few months.
hi, how do you wash the sponge after using? I'm having trouble removing the excess wax on the sponge and couldnt find any replacement sponge for sale from soft99
This product is more of a protection type product and it being glossy is a great by product but if u want a glossier look I recommend mirror finish or king of gloss by the same brand as a topper after applying wax

@@detailinghow3862 thank you very much for the advice appreciate it
Does the Fusso Coat damage the microfiber towels and make it hard to clean them?
No, it seems to wash off easily.
How do you put the plastic cover back on? I find they don’t attach to the metal can. Thanks
Hi I got a question, when you applied the polish did you clean it before applying the soft99?

I just used regular washing powder and some warm water. It came out very easily.
@@detailinghow3862 ok thanks
Hi, after the curing time. Can we reapply the product to achieve a glossier look?

U didtnt wait at least 30 days before waxing on freshly painted new car?
is that common knowledge? what's the reason behind it?
ceramic coat it now and if not just use a good ceramic spray
Thanks for sharing, strictly speaking, this isn't a wax.
Are these maxshine mf towels? Don't they lint like crazy?
😅
