Not in my wildest dreams would I have put Teddy in front of Franklin. I would call Lincoln, Polk, Washington, and FDR a 4-way tie.

I disagree with this list. Ironically if Bill O'Reilly had better judgement, he may have been a president himself, yet his judgment lets him down, the idea buchanan could have stopped the civil war is laughable, only the greatest men of that time could do that, and he shouldn't be blamed for the war starting. FDR should NOT be given credit for winning the war, any president at the time is likely to have done that.

In the Hoover interview, O'Reilly's book was shown to have all kinds of mistakes and bad facts. Total trash. He didn't even know if the book was fact checked. Garbage.
His books aren’t footnoted, documented pieces of history, but rather pleasant reading for those who’ve graduated Junior High.
