Kev, for a battery look here, get in contact with him: www.aandgmotorcycles.co.uk/batteries.html. He primarily does motorcycle batteries but I know a few people back in the day that bought one for their Mini's, they come in stupidly lightweight, something like 2-3kg. The guy used to run mini's, not sure if he still does. I am sure he can sort you out, even if he can't he could point you in the right direction. Awesome videos mate, Dave.
Hi Kev, I have been looking fof a lightweight battery as well. try my favourites on Ebay (Powerlite lithium batteries) I think I will be using the PS-30 but the PS-20 is well within the specs for a mini as well
These are the clips for the heating box / blower I know the clips you mean and I will be using the same method for those as mine are rusty also, thanks for watching
@@PocketRocketGarage I can imagine mate! Minis are never ending are they but love em Lol the last owner of my mini made a lovely job at re spraying the bodywork but they done a right bodge job of fitting the sportspack arches, I want to change them for new ones but i cant face taking the old ones off yet not knowing what horrors lurk beneath!! 🙈😂 keep up the good work 👍

Are the clips you were spraying for the air filter box? If so, do you know where you can buy them?

Nice vid. If you want you can come help me remove my sportspack arches of my mini if you want 😅
Hey Alex thanks for watching! Taking the bits off is a lot easier than dealing with the rust!
