The 20m/20y requirement is just as forgiving as the aiming. My first use was on a 50ft indoor range with suppressed 22lr out of a Beretta Bobcat. Worked flawlessly.

The fact that it doesn’t come with a power brick is most likely a cost cutting measure for the part itself and shipping costs as well. It’s not really an issue anymore because every house has power bricks laying around from everything. That’s just the way it be nowadays

Thanks for the overview! I own both magnetospeed and Labradar and I agree with you that magnetospeed needs to do something to compete - at very least an attachment system included with the unit that does not attach to the barrel. Labradar has been working great for me and gives the option to import data into Gordon's reloading tool. Not sure how many folks use it, but that is one thing the Labradar still has over the Garmin though the Garmin does allow basic CSV export.

Garmin has PC software Garmin Express, which will update your Xero C1 Pro firmware from calling Garmin. I use the software for my Garmin GPS and a few other Garmin devices when plugged into a USB port it will also charge the device. Pretty much most USB ports will allow charging so plug it in next to your computer for a few hours before you go out to the range. If you’re needing more time and power on the device look into a USB power pack.

I cannot wait to dump my Crap-netospeed b/c it often failed to record a velocity for shots at random shots.
I will be getting a Garmin in 2024.

Seems like a great product. Labradars are selling on the forum for $200-$300 dollars less than retail for barely used ones. Have not heard of any hitches so far and reviews have been 5 star other than cost. I wanted to ask you if you anneal and if you do which method and product do you use? I’ve been loading/hunting/shooting for many years and never have annealed or cleaned my brass. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy watching them. In His Rest!

Is it reading the velocity at 20yds?
If so, that changes things when needing to know muzzle velocity for dialing for long range shots.
