I’m looking to buy another Scotty, but this King is absolutely beautiful. It’s probably outta my price range, but well worth the money. They will enjoy it for years to come.

That is beautiful. I wouldn’t want to pull a trailer though. I did buy a 1989 Toyota dolphin six cylinder. I just bought it last weekend. I wish you were in Missouri. I know you didn’t want anyone to ask what the price was. But it’s a year later and I’d really be curious to know what he sold it for. They made things to last back then. I know you redid it, but still all that wood is beautiful.
Thank you for the compliment. I am happy to discuss money with the customer but I don't have permission to tell everyone. We have customers from New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, Maryland, North and South Carolina. Just schedule a weekend to bring your camper in for a remodel.
Thanks for the video! This makes my heart hurt with memories of the 1961 Forester camper I rebuilt a few years ago. I loved the warm birch with amber shellac. It was too narrow for my 6' 1" to sleep comfortably so I sold it to a lady in Texas who glamped the heck out of it. I thought I could find another one but the vintage campers all of a sudden became pretty scarce.

Great video, you just can't beat the vintage stuff. I have what I consider a rare camper, rare meaning I cannot for the life of me find any information on it. It is a 1959 Holiday Trautman single axle, has the original badges on it and mostly original interior, including bunks in the back and a factory small side exit door. Hopefully someone in these comments might know a little more about it? Thanks for everything!

There will be a serial # on the drivers side near the tongue. The first two numbers are the year, the next two are the length. Good luck

Those coins are pure ghetto. But they go with the rest of the poor restoration. Cutting boards don't get shellac, they just get sanded. The window beside the door is obviously bent and poorly installed. The A/C unit needs to have the top bracket removed, fit more flush and affixed from the other side or a very small tab bracket which will fit under much smaller trim that goes around the whole opening, eliminating those sharp, jagged trim edges that stick out so far. Many sharp, exposed trim corners and metal pieces like the vents. Couldn't see, but you have a bad habit of not finishing the inside of the cabinets, drips and all. The eyeball job of cutting around the fridge is a horror show. The spice rack over the bed looked pretty sound, even if somewhat boring. For the coins, why not JB weld them to the top of a petite cabinet knob/pull and install the pull with the coin attached? Final grade....D+ Sorry, but I do enjoy your videos.
