I was diagnost 3 yrs ago ,,, but discontinued the medication .... 4 months ago ..i was again diagnoused with this ,,i am taking medication from last 4 months and doctor advised to continue for the rest of the life , can i apply for pwd .....will i be eligible for pwd certificate
