Sir,nicely explained.As you are working at NIMHANS Bangalore,please help me to get my Registration number in writing from Institute of Psychiatry.....Bambolim Goa.I had received o book on mental health institutes in India on my mobile.I studied it.But,if I go to inquire about my thesis etc.They bring out my old head injury treatment file and start writing medicines fir me.In the begining I used to think that it is a part of my head injury treatment and I used to take.But when the jr.residents prescribed 2mg antipsycotics,I got hand tremors and then I continued ti reduce the medicines.Now I am mainly taking 3mg sleeping pills which if I reduce ,I wake up in the middle of the night.I asked all the possible people to help me get 22031977 my regd.no.which they tell me orally n say that it is my life I of course can buy my own medicines.I do that and hv been doing social work as a liaison psychiatrist.But I can't earn anything.recently they called me at IPHB and I revised medicine,psychiatry n teenage psychiatry even the basic practicles of MBBS whic Dr.John Fernandes the founder n then director had taucht me because I had taken PCB and psychology with a distinction in the twelfth.You are the last person I am requesting to help me get my Regd.no.in writing.which the director Dr.Pradeep Naik had told me orally to buy my medicines.plz hlp me to get good sleep sir.You can see my 1.02 minute video...who is Dr.Francisca Nisha to know my stoey better.I even learnt music to help teens before sending my thesis.I hv a rough draft of it on how to help prostitutes to come out of it b live a normal life.Thank you.

If the patient is already having increased cortisol level , then is there any need to conduct dexamethasone suppression test

Sir why 1 week is sufficient to diagnose mania and 2 weeks atleast needed for diagnosing depression

@@SureshBadaMath in textbooks it's mentioned that for schizophrenia 1 month, depression 15 days and mania 1 week atleast symptoms must persist
