I'm digging her. For whatever reason I never had an interest in watching female comedians, I was close minded or just happened to watch a half dozen less than stellar sets and then gave up. But after watching Taylor Tomlinson I've been trying to expand my horizons and open up. This bit was great and I'm going to look up more of her comedy.
I’m with you. My problem with female comedians is that outside of lesbian comedians, it all felt the same. She did kinda stick to the same script but it felt different. Maybe it’s her delivery but I’ll start giving them a try again.
She's so bright, totally relatable, she's got spot-on, original material, she has spontaneous reactions to her live audience and her sly sense of irony is remarkably evident.... totally bookable and I hope to see her face again and again. Is she a writer for any TV series, at least? I only have one unsettled critique.... and it's not for Miss Comedienne, it's for her obnoxiously overzealous audience members. Omfg, the fake ass hyenas that drowned themselves in tequila shots before filming this poor professional's gig were clearly just trying to either: be heard themselves over the performer, engaged far too extreme when told "we are recording this set, so make sure and laugh real good and loud.." or something because it is totally distracting, sounds ridiculously disingenuous and these sorority sisters laugh during, between and BEFORE the punchlines are delivered and even before the setup is out so they don't even have any context of which to laugh appropriately! So sorryb to complain! I'm all for our 1st ammendment, don't get me wrong; also, I'm all for jovial conduct and find myself laughing at or with many things most may not but the audience actually pushed me to cut her set short and that is fekn tragic. I hope this talented young lady has more shows out there on the internet that isn't polluted by such repulsive overshadowing and selfish attempts at support? Just killed it for me. My gawd.

I was just ranting about how the woman in the audience ruined this whole set with her badly timed, way too overdone guffaws. That audience member made it impossible for this comic to really take the stage and be the center of attention because the overlaugher seemed to want to be heard over the recording. Shame.
Totally agree...I can't even finish the video because this out-of-context cheering is getting on my nerves badly. Too bad though, she seems talented. I hope to find her again in a more "natural" environment.
