This channel deserves more views! What I like is that these are stretches (always needed), and any pop is incidental. I've seen some others whereby so much forceful, sudden pressure is used. A series of cracks may sound really nice, but the force used, I wonder if someone, somewhere, can induce damage. E.g. I tore a knee ligament due to sudden fall - no intention of doing it, but just the sheer force of a fall.

Beware of: Carotid dissection; a breakdown of the layers of the carotid artery that causes the wall to tear. The tear may cause stenosis, an irregular narrowing of the opening in the vessel, and occlusion, a flap of the vessel wall protruding into the opening.
-traumatic causes include chiropractic manipulation, attempted strangulation and cerebral angiography.

Can I just add , that if say you have been in a state of tension for a long time please understand that when released the energy stored in the tension can cause quite remarkable sensations like panic increased heart rate and palpations , it feels like your going to die, or this was my experience at least but my tension was really bad as was my posture for decades.
Just like to make people mindful not this.

With the soup can, I can vouch that vegetarian options are suitable as well. 😁😁

I typically pop my neck everyday but sometimes when I try to pop the lower right side, I get a very intense nerve pain that makes me cringe. Idk what to do

    From most relief to least:
    Campbell's Tomato Soup
    Progresso Chicken with Noodles
    Trader Joe's Clam Chowder
    Aldi Broccoli Cheese
    Walmart Cream of Mushroom
