Would you ever do a book for all of these stretches, I'd love a hard copy or digital I could print to keep some of these handy to try. Visually helps but saving all the videos is adding up
How can we consult with you our problems I am unable to move since a year I am not getting any good physiotherapist No one able to understand my problem
Released my neck in the 1st set... i have been suffering the stuck neck for weeks... thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for making this video... it's very helpful and beneficial
This channel deserves more views! What I like is that these are stretches (always needed), and any pop is incidental. I've seen some others whereby so much forceful, sudden pressure is used. A series of cracks may sound really nice, but the force used, I wonder if someone, somewhere, can induce damage. E.g. I tore a knee ligament due to sudden fall - no intention of doing it, but just the sheer force of a fall.
I crack my neck so loud that people including my teachers get very concerned but i can never get my base. But that 1st one just cracked so well. Take my like brother
I'm in Germany, living two hours away from the nearest proper Chiropractor who actually studied Chiropractic Medicine. If I'm lucky, I only wait two weeks to get an appointment. I'm so glad I found your channel. This just helped my neck in a way people wouldn't believe. Now just need to follow my Chiropractors advice and get my back muscles back in shape. Thanks for your videos.
Have been doing seveal of these for many years, decades in fact (a relative was a sports massage therapist.) But thanks for showing me some great variations on what I usually do. Cheers 👍
OMG!!! I love your videos!! Thank you very much! They've been helping me a lot when I am teaching stretching methods/techniques in my classes, and for myself too! 🥰🤗
Yes you have better exercises than the physiotherapist at the hospital. I have a metal plate in my neck in 2016. C5 and C6 vertebrae got disintegrated.
Sir you are a national fucking treasure. A cup and a can of beans? I hope you never ever wake up 5 mins before your alarm is set for, and that you never get caught in traffic you golden individual.
Beware of: Carotid dissection; a breakdown of the layers of the carotid artery that causes the wall to tear. The tear may cause stenosis, an irregular narrowing of the opening in the vessel, and occlusion, a flap of the vessel wall protruding into the opening. -traumatic causes include chiropractic manipulation, attempted strangulation and cerebral angiography.
I'd say that when you give, you receive. One of the benefits of you showing us these is that you get releases while doing them. I like beef barley, too. 😉
@@DrRowe I keep coming back to this lol. You're very passionate about your craft, which is cool. Never thought chiropractics could be so cool and interesting.
So how did you know this was the exercise I needed today? This isn't the first time you've posted the vid on the day I needed it, are you a guardian angel? What lottery numbers should I pick this evening?🤪 Thanks and all the best 👍❤️🇬🇧
I lay on the floor make a double chin and pull my neck forward from the back of my head with both hands it feels like my lower neck pops it feels amazing
Are there any cons of lying on your back at the edge of a bed and letting your head hang off the end? It's so common for us to have our head bent forward that I was wondering whether doing the opposite would be beneficial
i used to do that during my lunch break and it helped a lot to relieve neck pain. now i use a neck stretcher and lie on a yoga mat for better effect and notice an even better posture correction.
I'll definitely try these out and the others I see for neck stretch/decompress but I am wondering if they're all safe to do with cervical spondylosis? I think like C2-3,3-4,and 4-5 has spondylosis and then there's a slight disc bulge at C6-7
Is it bad if my neck cracks easily when I tilt my head side to side? It's pretty loud and usually does not take me much effort. There's no pain when it happens. Only relief from some tightness in that area. Is it bad if I crack it too much?
Can I just add , that if say you have been in a state of tension for a long time please understand that when released the energy stored in the tension can cause quite remarkable sensations like panic increased heart rate and palpations , it feels like your going to die, or this was my experience at least but my tension was really bad as was my posture for decades. Just like to make people mindful not this.
i found that lying on a peach ball (2 balls attachef) but the one with hard rubber not the spungy one and place it around the thoracic and then turn your neck, you can get nasty pops
hi, i’m a dancer and have to do a lot of back stretching, which makes it really difficult for my back to pop. my upper back and neck is in a lot of pain due to the inability to release the tension. do you have any recommendations?
Great videos, your the best. On the first exercise could you do a video on how to get your hand behind your back I am not very overweight and my shoulders and everything are so tight I can't put my hand behind my back
I typically pop my neck everyday but sometimes when I try to pop the lower right side, I get a very intense nerve pain that makes me cringe. Idk what to do
In case you missed it... "If it is locked up you might get that sudden release or pop that you're looking for but we're only going for a comfortable stretch!"
From most relief to least: Campbell's Tomato Soup Progresso Chicken with Noodles Trader Joe's Clam Chowder Aldi Broccoli Cheese Walmart Cream of Mushroom

Have you been able to correct kyphosis of the upper thoracic spine? I was born with it!
This relieved about 2 years of neck pain at home😢
Glad it helped!

If ur a veteran or active military that's watching this, ur knee or elbow pads work pretty well instead of a can of soop

Question
If I walk a mile I get pain in the groin muscle
Any exercise?
It happens only on Right groin

Even the door is certified
i found that lying on a peach ball (2 balls attachef) but the one with hard rubber not the spungy one and place it around the thoracic and then turn your neck, you can get nasty pops
Can İ do it when my left shoulder is higher than the right one?
The tasty beef barley variety 😂😂😂
The Trader Joe's brand does not do as well as the Progresso, but it's definitely better than Walmart.
hi, i’m a dancer and have to do a lot of back stretching, which makes it really difficult for my back to pop. my upper back and neck is in a lot of pain due to the inability to release the tension. do you have any recommendations?
Did the exercises in this video help?
My upper back at the lowest point of my neck has been giving me crap for weeks. It hurts and won't stop no matter what I do
do you have any for releasing the bicep tendon? i seem to get it pinched near the rotator cuff on and off
Great videos, your the best.
On the first exercise could you do a video on how to get your hand behind your back I am not very overweight and my shoulders and everything are so tight I can't put my hand behind my back
pause it at 3:58...it looks like a life alert commercial.
With the soup can, I can vouch that vegetarian options are suitable as well. 😁😁
You betcha 👍
I'd go with a nice and simple lentil. Just so long as it's not split pea!
Or cream of mushroom 😂
My body just turned to spaghetti finally on method 5 it worked and I felt a pop
From most relief to least:
Campbell's Tomato Soup
Progresso Chicken with Noodles
Trader Joe's Clam Chowder
Aldi Broccoli Cheese
Walmart Cream of Mushroom
