Instant Pizza Dough Recipe / Pizza Rolls:
- 420g (3 cups) Self Rising Flour (For substitutes check below)
- 260g (1 cup + 1 tbsp) Milk
- Seasoned Tomato Sauce
- Any flavorful cheese of your choice
- Beaten egg
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs/Cracker Crumbs
Substitutes for self raising flour:
- 420 grams of plain flour + 4 tsp baking powder ( 3 cups + 4 baking powder)

Some substitutes that I used coz I didn't have eggs
For the eggwash- you can mix plain flour, cornflour and water in the ratio 1:1:2 spoons and add some oreganos or seasoning in it as u wish
For breadcrumbs- I ran out of them as well😅 u can crush some cornflakes and coat it with that

I just made a bunch for lunches and snacks this week. They are sooo delicious and are very easy and inexpensive to make. I love all your recipes Emma, they are the best recipes ever! My personal faves are the easy chocolate cake, mug pancakes and this is a new fave too!!
