Deep Fried Chocolate:
- 400 g ( 14 ounces) Chocolate
- 400 g (14 ounces) room temp Heavy Cream ( You can also use condensed milk)
For the Batter:
- 250 g (1 cup) Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 140 g (1 cup) All Purpose Flour
- 160 g (1 cup) Cornmeal
Dust with a generous amount of powdered sugar and serve hot. If you're not serving right away, allow these to cool and store in an airtight container at room temp. Just before serving reheat in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Honestly, watching and trying your recipes are a thing i live for. I have depression and sometimes get really suicidal. One of the reasons that i give myself to live is, "what if emma posts tmr? Then i won't be able to try what she makes!?!?". I'm not even joking. I mean definitely not one of the .major things to live for but i do think about it haha
