Hey there, while these IEMs do not provide noise cancelling they do provide noise isolation, they isolate the sound inside the space so that it does not leak or reach set limits. Noise-isolation earbuds may block out extremely loud noises better than noise-cancelling ones. Hope this was helpful!

Apple dongle works as well as any other and is much cheaper than most other DAC-Amps on the market. Fwiw, as long as you're getting good volume out of it, you'll be really hard pressed to notice a change with another DAC, unless the DAC is completely changing the sound.
Agree with the video that this is a great IEM, but I'd suggest 1) using their foam eartips - they seal better improving enjoyability and 2) upgrading the cable - while it doesn't affect sound, it'll reduce microphonics. That said, it's better to live with these IEMs for a bit before making any changes. If they sound good, then that's it. In audio world, returns diminish extremely steeply as price increases.
You're right - the Apple DAC is a solid performer, especially considering its price. However, it does have limitations, like being capped at 48kHz and lower power output. For those wanting to enjoy hi-res lossless tracks, a more capable DAC is essential to decode those higher-quality files.
As for your suggestions on foam eartips and cable upgrades, spot on! While it's true that upgrades can enhance the experience, audio is a very subjective hobby. Some folks enjoy investing in TOTL cables, DACs, and IEMs, while others are content with the basics. At the end of the day, it's all about what works best for you. 🎧

Truthear Hexa or IE 200? Soundstage, imaging, and reliability are very important to me. Everyone is crazy about the Truthear Hexa; I want to know how the IE 200 stacks up against it.
Hexa's would be our pick! Does a way better job with imaging and soundstage as well. Apart from the IE600 you shouldn't consider other models due to tough competition in the IEM space currently.

Comparing the sound quality of the Sennheiser IE200 and the Headphone Zone x FiiO JD1 is a bit like comparing apples and oranges. They cater to different price points and have distinct tuning.
Hey I am looking to buy either the sennheiser ie 200 or the the hifiman hd400se. I really enjoy a wide soundstage l, it just wows me every time. Which one should I go for as a beginner in the audiophile space?
You shouldn't talk about sound stage in general with IEM. It is physical sense. So when comparing a headphone with earphones, they significantly have less sound stage.

Headphones will be in 15 %
IEM will be in 3 to 5%

They're a little different. The Aria 2 is certainly a more detailed and engaging IEM. The IE200 should be a more comfortable fit for most.
I am currently using 1 Custom Junior please suggest me if it will be worth upgrading to ie200 and if its better than what i am using.
Both of them are great but what Sennheiser IE200 offers with 1 Dynamic driver is just amazing!

IE200 is much more balanced as compared to the ATH E40. You'll get a nice bass texture on the IE200 as compared to the E40, IE200 is more about bass quality rather than quantity!

@@lowcrbnaman8596 cable quality is similar to the 500-600 range ones. Not the best. Make sure you buy one with 2 pin connector. KZ uses a slightly different type called C pin or QDC. And no it won't affect the quality.
