I have to tell you that I've been suffering with severe back pain for over 2 years. When standing for even a short period of time and I would start bending over. Cooking, shopping, vacations, etc was always miserable. I stumbled upon your video on Super Bowl Sunday 2020. I did it for the first time last night and I could feel huge difference!!!!

The one of many thing I found by doing this is after I get up I can really feel my core engaging and my back relaxing I just wanted to say thanks my back has lots of issues due to overwork and this is a really good way for me to find the neutral between back and core!

I've been doing a lot of snow shoveling lately 😕 and some of my workouts make my back feel like a monkeys fist. I only workout on the weekends. I stretch out before during and after my workouts. I've done some of these techniques now I can add in some new ones from this video. Can't wait!!!
