Take a gently journey to bardo, the space between lives where you will meet with your soul family. As they address you by your soul name, you take time to reconnect with all of your soul tribe. You then may wish to discuss challenges you are going through in this life. You then have time to better understand your life mission and soul purpose. And you receive a gift from your soul family to keep the connection long after this session has ended.

Listened again last night then another about lucid dreaming. I woke up to a loved one in spirit YELLING "Hellooooo!" It was so loud i jumped out of bed and ran to the living room to see. Nothing there. Seems my spul family was visiting FR!

PS: I feel that your intros beautifully set the tone for your meditations. I never skip over them, regardless of how many times I've heard them.

I have done this twice. Why won’t it work for me? As I listen I have hard time mentally visualizing what is going on. I can’t create faces so nothing has a face… does that make any sense?
Please help I desperately want to have a good experience! I’ve never been able to make any of these videos work for me….
You have to practice with your imagination. Start with easy things like imagine an apple or a ball …. Then move onto other things. Exercise your imagination until you can imagine anything. Hope this helps you.
I am not primarily visual either and can still get a sense of my experiences through my other senses. When I have regressed I do know and recognize people even though I can't see with my visual senses. Tune into all your senses including touch, sound, tacticle senses and more. You may start to get abstract visuals at some point. But let go of visuals as your only sense and use all your senses. Hope that helps, Sarah
