You are NOT broken!!! Maybe badly damaged and horribly hurt but NOT broken. I AM HEALTHY, WHOLE AND HEALED. Put that in sharpie on every mirror - if you don't have any apart from the bathroom, spend time looking at your beautiful self and approve of yourself out loud while maintaining eye contact in the mirror. The sharpie on the mirror is the poor mans' subliminal suggestion. You see your approval and affirmation passively, incidentally and sooner or later (depending on how hard/ hostile you are on yourself) it DOES lock in. Now, imagine how strong you are - having survived all of the garbage - to move into thriving! To let all of the not pretty lessons go and just keep the skills and resilience. You may FEEL broken or you may be buying into cultural crap being thrust upon you. Get rid of ANYONE who diminishes you - even if that's a relative or your 'longest friend'. Stay away from any and all that seem to want to rehash why you feel broken. It's time to let that mess go. I hope this helps you as much as it did me. Love and light 💕

This was amazing! I saw Jesus with baby me before I was born, I also saw a large eye and felt like I received a download and recharge, I dreamed within a dream while listening to it. It was the most amazing experience I've had so far! As I was recharging I was lighting up and my light got brighter and brighter and I was receiving from the sun.
My soul is here to learn emotional stregnth and resiliency without losing my loving nurturing spirit.... I'm totally blown away about how much learning about myself this meditation had shown me.. thank you for giving me a tool to find the peace and content I need in my life

This is one of the most beautiful meditations I've heard in a long time. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the full benefit. Last night was my first listen on this channel as I pulled the covers up; I REALLY appreciate this (is it frequency?) beautiful slow and low music throughout....... Especially your calming voice's guidance in the beginning paired with the instrumental long ending allowing me to further absorb where you put me in your guidance. This is one of the most beautiful meditations I've heard in a long time. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the full benefit. Your soft angelic voice was overpowered by the music, which I imagined was supposed to be background music. I wish there was a way for me to hear more of you with a quieter background sound❤
