@@Yeomannn you can only lower it so far, you must also be prepared for another hair transplant in the future since hair loss is progressive. A more conservative hairline conserves more hair grafts from the donor area just in case I need to go back in the future. It’s still high but it’s never naturally been lower even when I was young!

If you wanna try some new products. A sea salt spray is amazing prior to blow drying. If you happen to wanna level up your paste game. Arcadian matte paste is the bomb for hold and texture

Thanks for sharing. Are you checking in with your doctor to report the results? Did you give them any feedback regarding the small hair partition in your right corner and if so, what did they say? Would you say there is even more room for improvement for the transplanted hair? It was a really good transplant, happy for you man
I did check in up to the 6 months mark, they haven’t emailed since. I had mentioned the portion of hair that hadn’t filled in since the start but it isn’t really causing me any issues now so I’m not kicking up a big fuss over it. Overall it’s a great result that I’m pleased with - I haven’t noticed much difference in the last few weeks I have to be honest so I’d say this is the full result now. Thanks for commenting!
Does the hair back without transplant bro? Does reagine solve this problem and to get the hair back?

Finasteride is the product - I get an unbranded finasteride from Lloyd pharmacy in the U.K.

I used regaine on its own for 2 years prior. It works initially but it doesn’t stop hair loss, it just improves the hair growth quality. A hair transplant will not stop your untransplanted hair from falling out. So using finasteride to block the hormone pathway and regaine to promote hair quality and blood supply is the key to optimising hair results.
Any update for some motivation for a fellow hairloss witcher? 😬
Thanks for sharing your experience, I will give it another shot. Due to my busy schedule, I used minoxidil for three months but didn't apply it regularly. What brand are those cool glasses, by the way? I checked in stores for glasses like those, but none were available.

I had an itchy head when I first started and my hair shedded - then it grew back much thicker and no side effects now!

I have been using 5% Minoxidil for almost a year. Toughest part is styling hair AFTER the application. It makes your hair so greasy...I have to towel dry after 30-45min in order to style properly. Not sure if that hinders the regrowth?

BUT... I would highly advise you to please get a new and better barber.
If you pause at 14:51 the "fade" looks HORRID. It hasn't been blended properly at all.
It looks like it goes from a zero to a number 4.
Please get a new barber who is better at fading.

No, cutting your hair short won’t affect the action of Finasteride or Regaine, if anything it’ll help the Regaine absorb into your scalp
That's way too many products. I just use the minoxidil foam and a brush and style it and I'm good to go

@Su7d I would say yes to start off to see if any side effects occur without using finasteride. Luckily I didn't get any side effects so I use both and I got a big chunk of my hair back

Do you use normal shampoo in thr shower and then use the regaine when your hair is dried?
I use a shampoo from Waterman’s, then I let it dry and apply the regaine

So what does finasteride do that regain doesn't exactly
Finasteride is a dht blocker it can prevent your hair from falling out if it is dht related. Minoxidil can make your hair thicker and can also regrow hair but it wont prevent them from falling out. So basically you should target both of them to counter hairloss and even add the derma roller to it and you can save your hair.

@@thehairyvlogger9673 Trust me, Finasteride can damage your sex life. Proven by me and now regretting using finasteride. Rogaine is enough for hair growth but finasteride giving you an erectile dysfunction (Can't get hard) if you know what I mean.
@@RS-el2oy This isn’t the case for everyone and hasn’t been the case for me. There are side effects with any drug including Finasteride which need to be weighed up before starting any medication. Regaine / Rogaine doesn’t work by the same mechanism as Finasteride and it doesn’t target the underlying cause of hair loss (DHT). Everyone must make their own informed decision based on the information available.
