I already got more than twice the amount I invested in bail office. It is refreshing apart from cayo and dr dre. It is for quick cash. It also has agents as passive business with 12-2000 per 48mins. Easy missions. It is like security missions. You don't need to grid continuously, do a mission for every 48 mins and send all 2 agents to work
He already telling don't buy specially as a beginner because there is more good investment rather than this business

I own a Doc Forgery office, and I agree.. it is the worse in the game.. but only reason I own it is to have it linked with my nightclub goods. I've never resupplied it. It's been resupplied doing the daily stash houses. I've only done 1 sale mission from ownership and will never sell again unless we get a 2x/3x payout similar to what we got a few months back for MC businesses. MC business would be outstanding if they've let you sell using 1 sell vehicle.. the multiple sell vehicles kills me..
Yeah even selling in invite only and more time doesn't help if the missions are absolute shit. There was an MC sale mission where you could just hop on an oppressor and race others helping you to the sell point but of course these Rockstar assholes holes removed it. I don't sell those worthless businesses either even if double money.
Made my money back on the Bail office as got the achievement, the once a day bail offiice jobs are pretty quick to complete for 130k. The worst way to make money is the Arena if that counts as a business. I don't bother resupplying any MC businesses, I just use the stash house and only sell when they get resupplied from that.
How long does it take to break it even, considering these offices with full upgrades cost around 5 mil
I just sell to street dealers! I refuse to ever do an MC sell mission again unless it’s 2x$

PC makes Bail Bond Office even more disappointing since you don't get any of the career progression awards at all. We can't even get clothes or a free Castigator!

Exactly my point. You can make 50 in one week with the warehouse. I don't sell it every week and I don't need to. I just need it running in the back while I'm doing all the other things. I don't touch my mc unless it's double money. I mainly run the Bunker acid nightclub warehouse agency. And then random stuff. Do heists when I can and rarely run cayo cuz it's not worth it to me. And every week it's 20 to 50 mill. Depending on my play time. But it's mostly because of the warehouse that got my bank up.

Hey I just hire my warehouse techs and then go play other games, so it's by far the easiest money without having to afk. When a double money week hits I'll sell both characters in public lobbies with the single vehicle RNG. 60 mil without doing anything but driving cars I like 5 mins at a time
I got glitched inside the jail and couldn't get out. There's a toilet around the wall. Looked funny looking out from inside the jail.
for someone new, agree, 100%. i use my crates as a "savings" account. i throw $7500 the warehouse person's way and if i want some extra fun money, i check out my warehouse and sell. make a milli or so and call it good. I also have the forgery for no other reason than to give my nightclub techs something to do. i'm thinkin long run, so while 3 of my techs are twiddling their thumbs waiting for the other crate/gun techs to get their act together, i put two to work in my weed farm and forgery. meh. in the long run, it'll eventually pay off. i'm in no rush for anything these days.
I agree and disagree with the cargo warehouses. If you run them and nothing else yes they suck and are a long grind to fill, but if you use them passively while running other businesses like the nightclub, acid lad and bunker passively, then do a Dr Dre contract and Cayo Perico Heist, all that money adds up, it takes less than 5 minutes to go around and pay the staff to source crates and if you play the game enough you could potentially sell and refill them between them being on double money. It's not something for new or broke players, but is worth the investment if you have around $15/20mil and have those other businesses I just mentioned.
I have earned a total of 56,087,204 with the cargo warehouses and I’ve done 340 sales using the 8/9 create method. You only need a small or medium warehouse to do this method so it’s a lot cheaper.

5 large warehouses full, passively is 12.5 million,on double pay its 25 million. You literally dont have to do anything and twice per Year you deposit 25 million. Fill em up once and you paid for them.. but I dont know anything i only have 800 million and everything available. Recently got into merged cars the past 8 months. I have a go cart on bennies lol
The worst properties i bought was Facility, Avenger & all MC business.
Some are good to have just for the club so u Can sell it all together
I've made like 20 mil off the bail office so far and the missions are fun plus the free cop car castigator I got for doing all the career achievements. That's like another 5m.

I quite new but I've got 12 buissnesses now. Been very torn on the CEO buissness because it feels 50 50 who rates it and who doesn't.
What about the vehicle cargo? Is that worth having? If so it'll probably be the next buissness I buy 👍
If you gotten the business office dor free with prime, having a small special cargo warehouse open up the Mixed Goods deliveries. I might be wrong, though, it may require the Terrorbyte as well, considering the NPC that calls me. But it's a very easy 50K every 48 missions. If the small special cargo warehouse is close to the docks, it takes just a couple minutes to somplete. So as far a time equals money, it isn't bad. I do have all 5 large warehouses, and delivering mixed goods I do right before going to each warehouse and telling the employee to go grab stock. Because the destination for mixed goods just happens to be right near the first warehouse I'll go to, and they're mostly up a stright line from there aside for the one in Vinewood. Also, the office has one of the flashier garages, if you like to show off you cool cars. I do know players that have like a half-dozen crappy houses for 2-3 garage slots here or there, though, so player preference, I suppose. Biker businesses in general have gotten better with the increases product delivery time. I can even deliver all three post-op trucks solo, now. Although, just barely. Needs almost that entire 45 minutes we have now. I still grumble when it's Post-Op trucks. Nightclub is a necessity, I think, which require the biker club businesses. But since you only get 4 workers and there's 7 businesses to assign them to, dropping the forgery business won't hurt much. If you don't like to reassign the workers, can drop another one too. But you will be wanting to got an Opressor MKII, not as worth it as it once was, but if time equals money . . . But it does require the Terrorbyte to mod it, and the Terrorbyte rquires a nightclub. So the Opressor MKII really ends up costimg around $14 million, fully modded. Yet, it's still less of a waste of money than the Yacht. Despite the Yacht getting cheaper and the Opressor MKII getting more expensive.

I will give you cargo warehouses arnt a good 1st, 3rd, even 6th option to buy when you are a beginning, or low level player. Other ways to get money, quicker and easier from day one.
The argument i will push back on is the missions are boring, or repetitive. EVERY business, or sales mission, gets boring if thats all that you do. I have absolutely no interest in running the cayo heist, or agency contract, every day. Mutiple times at that. It keeps the game playable to run those, plus all the other businesses, including the warehouses, on a rotation.
Do you need to run the document forgery in order to get that rebate off of the stolen cars in the salvage yard if you decide to keep the car yourself. Or can you shut the business down and still get the rebate as long as you still own the Forgery?
If they let you pay more for guaranteed single vehicle for 3 crates CEO wouldn't be so tedious. They also have ghost raids to where you can lose all of your shit with no notice if a crate threshold is passed. Also just speaking for myself I'm tired of those long ass unskippable cutscenes in the Dre contract so I don't run that shit either. I'm a unique person I guess though since I ran Bogdan with an old crewmate and have like everything I need with $40M extra. I just play for shits and giggles here and there. I got out of the soul draining money grind a long time ago.
Bail agency pays far better than salvage yard for me. 200 k per day plus agents passive income every 48 mins is better than 1 million per per week,plus stupid toe truck jobs. Its basic math. Not comparing ot to agency or nightclub but bail far better than salvage crap
Agency is a bit overhyped imo, it takes too long also with a weird cutscene that you can't skip where you have to listen to a bad song twice from the dre contracts. With all the setup the pay is way too low. Might as well just run Cayo then cluckin bell farm raid and focus on other businesses sell runs. Dre contracts take way too long to be worth it imo.
In these leaks, you can use heist vehicles like the vigilante and the weaponized tampa that makes it a breeze
? No. Agency and warehouse and hangar are the best. They pay out the most. And yeah it takes time but that’s the point. There’s other ways to make money on top of those businesses.yall want 5k every second and that’s why no one can hit a billion. I’ve been playing for 3 years. It took me a bit to figure out the game. But now I can do what I want. I sit comfy on 600 mill
@arodrigo24 I make more money ignoring dre contract I only play 2-4 hours a day like normal people. I don't feel like doing so much set up for just a bit over 1 mil.
@exploreohio1735 If you don't have enough money to afford good guns then maybe run a few payphone hits first, then once you get all the good guns, play the Dre Vip Contract that gives you 1 million and also the 1 million payout is a fixed payout regardless of how you complete the Dre Vip Contract. My tip is run a security contract, and then once your security gets the 5 minute cooldown, launch the Dre Vip Contract instead of waiting for the security contract copldown to be over. Grinding the Agency like this will increase the wall safe passive income and gets you 1 million, which is incredibly faster than any business besides the vehicle robberies that came with the Salvage Yard
@Ariffin958 I got over 200 million and all the guns and over 600 vicheles, payphone hits are boring, security contracts are boring. Point is I rather do many other things then focus all time on agency and dre contract and make even more money doing that instead

No1 buys special cargo warehouses at 100% of it's price. There's something like discounts. You buy warehouse at - 50% off. You don't grind special cargo without doing VIP or other fast quite profitable missions in between them [you may even do Payphone assassination missions]. You get full big warehouse in 8h. You sell it once special cargo missions are on 2x$. That's 4,4 mill. With extra cash of doing VIP, mixed special cargo mission from CEO secretary desk that's arround 5 mills that ~600k/h.If you are in the GTA Online mafia you can sell it in special public lobby filled with people that won't bother you and you sell it for highest ammount possible. If you're playing GTA Online often you don't do special cargo on your main character, you do it on your 2nd character so it won't get raided. All grinding is repetitive. Special cargo meant to be filled and left alone. 2x$ specjal cargo sell missions are like once in 3-4 months so it's a side hustle. It meant to be filled when VIP and other work that can be done between doing special cargo missions are on 2$ too but since I commented some time ago under your video revealing all of that went away and no 2x$ on VIP work no nothing since then. So I quess I confessed to shmug and these are consequences.
that inefficient your waiting for certain events to happen which would take weeks maybe even months when you can be doing any other business and get money faster much faster also its not 600k/hour if you have to wait weeks to get paid.

I have to disagree i think its viable. Yes you pay alot up front but that money comes back and you start makeing a profit relatively quick and easy. Roughly 200k can be collected in a day. And another 120 can be recurring.

Totally agree with Poob here. CEO warehouse is pretty much a high cost, high risk, repetitive, and just okay-ish pay business. I guess when it came out it was meant as the ultimate end-game business but is just seriously outdated nowadays. I only tried it recently when I have 100m in my hand to spare. I would like to also add vehicle warehouse to the list. It costs a lot to set up, takes considerable time to fill up until you got only top tier cars, and you can easily lose cash by bumping into npcs. The payout is also just not good either.
Eventually you have nothing to do but waste money and buy every business. I fill my warehouses to raid cap and never touch , same with hangar until they have a sell bonus but too be honest they are worthless. Import/Export is 50k for 3 min work right next to a payphone basically is 100k for 10 min work every 48 min.

You’re insane. It’s literally the only business you can make 15 mill off of. It’s not hard to sell if you know what you’re doing. Once a week I sell my 5 warehouses off. In public lobbies solo.

I've got a new set of calculations for the cargo missions.
According to my experience, each warehouse needs about 40 mins (loupe and sale mission) and it costs about half a mil. The sale yields about 2.5 mil profit in 40 mins. Not bad at all honestly

Why would you tell people not to buy businesses? That’s literally the game. It’s not a waste. It all adds up. And people need to get back to how we played games in the 90s. To completion. No stone unturned. Also I dig the Mac and bounty business when it’s double pay. Plus the Mac is how I think every player should start. Bums me out people can’t enjoy games because they need instant gratification
Because it takes the assumption that the audience are players who don't have too much money to spare? Of course it adds up but if you purchase a 5 million business that pays you 50k per hour it would take 100 hours of gaming time to break even, but how can someone be sure they have the time and dedication? Wouldn't that make your gaming experience more painful stuck in a boring business with same sets of missions while unable to explore other fun stuff because you wasted all your money? Use your logic and reasoning and don't fall for Rockstar's design to keep players in front of computer for hours
I agree with you I play for the businesses not the combat missions I think a lot of these videos assume everyone can do those combat missions super fast and everyone cannot. 😅

So buy the bail office with 2 agents which will return you 7500 each. Run 2 larger warehouses only and use the 7500 from each agent to cover the cost of crates.....a full warehouse sells for 2.2M

But I'd go warehouse option first, by the time you also purchase, a delivery vehicle, a mc club house, a coke lock up, a meth lab, a bunker and a hanger or ...... CREATE WAREHOUSE and one more business, either cash, id or weed to enable you to collect the most valuable stock, I know which works out cheaper.
Also, the create warehouse also enables you to sell mixed goods for 50k every 48 minutes, you're nightclub safe requires popularity maintenance, which either costs time or money.

The Bail Office isn't that much fun. I'm done. For me it is just another spawn location, and I do tell the blue guys go fetch the +10k for me. 2 more garage spaces. I think I'm even done with the Most wanted bounties. It is done and programmed like the rest which Rockstar creates (it probably never is going to change or be switched up a bit even)

I like to race a lot and most passive businesses stop accumulating when you leave the instance. Special cargo is one of the only businesses that work in real time. l send them out, race for 45 minutes and repeat . I'm not saying it's good; I'm saying it's what I've got.
The bail enforcement agents you can add to the office are not really worth there price tag imo , they should be bringing in 3x the amount of $ they currently do , plus one of the careers goals for them is painfully slow to complete with them being they bring only a little bit of $ each time you send them out, All in all it's annoying i agree with you
Cargo sourcing my way... Spawn in the office, ask for the truck, go to your five large warehouses with MK2, send each NPCs to get crates, deliver the truck. Rince and repeat.
Everything is free, the truck gives 50K, the 5 warehouses cost 7.5k each, so it,s 37.5k.
Small profit of 12.5k in about 8 minutes, but you are filling your warehouses with no real work... u_u

I understand that you don't hate special cargo with passion, and it's a numbers calculation. But it's really not that bad. Sure you need two sales to recoup the cost, but after that it's really decent money

I like the office clutter. Plus the 50k from selling for the Lupe from the office is nice
My biggest regrets are the facility and arena workshop. Facility missions are brutal with crappy payouts for the effort and require 4 players. Unlike other businesses, there are no low end one offs like ammunation deliveries or mixed goods. And topping off this crap-cake with bird-poop icing, you become cursed with never ending phone calls from Lester! For PC, the Maze Bank West CEO office is free. New players very much SHOULD get this with an assistant, and get the small White Widow warehouse. The assistant provides some benefit, such as retrieving impounded cars and requesting vehicles. And adding the low cost warehouse gives you access to the hourly mixed goods run which nets 50000 each. No need to source crates. Just get it for the mixed goods export.
Cargo warehouse is crap😂. You get 50000 per hour nightclub and you don't even have to do anything. Doomsday does take skills ngl

i got the facility and ran through missions for the trade prices. i wanted the vehicles and the facility was less than the combined savings with trade prices. not much for replay value though...
The Maze Bank West CEO Office is only free with the Criminal Enterprises Starter pack. It's not free for anyone, who doesn't own that pack. It's like saying the Paleto Bay Bunker is free. Because again, only the CES pack owners can get it for free. And honestly that Bunker's location is the worst. And while that CEO Office is free, there are better businesses than that one. Also the Doomsday Heist (Facility missions) is a 2 player mission, why you think it's playable only in 4 people? And what never ending Lester call you talk about?

What are you on about lol? The whole ceo crate sourcing missions are about traveling across the map to get the crates. You'd travel at least six miles in total for three crates

key tip, use the Terrorbyte for CEO Crate Sourcing. The missions there havent been updated and they arnt the super long ones that you get from The office. Trust me, much better
