Also for the regular ruiner 2000, IF YOU RUN OUT OF ALK 8 MISSILES, JUST REQUEST IT AFAIN AND AGAIN THROUGH THE INTERACTION MENU BECAUSE IT HAS NO COOLDOWN!!!!! Tested it more than 5 times already. I don't regret mine when it comes to grinding since you cam use it in cayo heist preps
I had a guy pull out a toreador just to run away to his ruiner2000, and I made him rage quit by flying over him in my sparrow. I would chaff whenever the front of his car started to turn in my direction, and whenever he wasn’t parachuting I was able to hit him with the splash damage of my rockets. He tried hiding under a bridge, and I would chaff before dipping into view just to launch like 3 rockets
Oppressor has one of the highest skill ceiling of any vehicles in the game. There’s ways you can outrun mk2s making it one of the fastest vehicles, it’s really fun, and has pretty good missiles. I’ve spent 200 hours on the mk1 and one you master it it’s absolutely insane.
That correction on the Vigilantee when you added "that has homing missiles" was very important. As all the cars that require the bunker research are mission compatible.
The toreador is nuts for causing chaos in Los Santos International Airport, you can speed around in all that space and destroy everything even with a 5 star wanted level and you can escape pretty easily with submarine mode
@bertone122 Generally the speed and missiles make up for the windows not being bulletproof plus I don't think bullets can get through the back, you can equip armor and use snacks I've caused so much chaos with that thing since I made this comment, I've been able to get a 5 star wanted level as well and make my characters mental state fill up just from blowing up everything across the map with the exception of me blowing myself up a few times by accident

@@Theymond the swap speed to passenger is actually pretty quick. i love using the APC for dax free roams solo. when you have to take out merryweather compounds that have armored vehicles in them and stuff. reverse up to the compound, swap seats, destroy the whole thing. i think it's a decent buy for some free roam stuff solo. but the main reason i wouldn't put it on this list is cause it can't be used in heist-like missions, it's relatively slow, and it's up there in budget at 2.3 million trade price. weaponized tampa is probably the better choice in like 80% of scenarios.
I got an oppressor MK2 cuz I was tired of griefers that destroy marchandise. When someone would destroy my stuff I would spam the hell out of them until they ragequit so they can feel my anger. It’s also a really good grinding vehicle
I feel that after the recent update as of today the deluxo has had a distance reduction for its homing missles because the usual distance before was def longer and I also feel the deluxo’s missles became ? Slower ish idk

How we not including the submarine option on the Toredor. Boosting into the water switching to sub mid boost is my go to when being chased down. Ive also taken out many flying ops from under water with the guided missiles.

What are you on about? The Deluxo doesn't need any BASE for flying, it comes fully equipped with "hover and fly" ability, it only needs a weaponised workshop to instal guns and missiles on it. Weaponised Workshop can be either MOC, or the Avenger and for that you don't need a base (facility), a Hangar is enough. Also you don't need to own the Nightclub and Terrorbyte for the Oppressor Mk II, you need it to weaponise it. Without them you'll just have a flying hoverbike without guns.

How did none of the Imani tech vehicles make this list? Tf? Tbh, the pounder custom I can’t say is that great for solo play. Honestly the insurgent or night shark is better than it. Sure it has a remote missile battery turret but it’s gun depression or horrible. The truck itself is a large easy target. The fact that the night shark and insurgents are fast and can take quite the beating make them better because you can use them in missions and when in pvp they can be used to get away or drive around with pm no consequences since they take so many rockets to destroy most people don’t even bother to deal with you.
Man, you guys reach hard as h3ll trying to upsell the Deluxo. He picked a whole bunch of niche, less than 0.01% scenarios to boost the Deluxo's utility. The majority of players use these vehicles for PvE missions. The Deluxo is a tier-2 rocket vehicle. Even if it were allowed into custom missions it would still be tier-2 compared to the other vehicles. It has a slow top air speed which still puts it behind the MK2 and helicopters for TTK. There's only one mission I can say is "made for" the Deluxo and that's the Agency asset retrieval. Even then you can still do that with the Buzzard. This is why everyone whoever promotes the Deluxo on Reddit and UA-cam always tries to sell to noobs its "PVP prowess". The same guys who use the Deluxo are the same ones who use the MK2: the griefers. They fly in a hit soft targets then run. They need the homing missiles because they can't aim for ish and they have to rely on sneak attacks. Also the Insurgent proximity mines can be used to kill MKers and Deluxos for two reasons 1) most of the ppl who fly them don't realize how high the armor is on the Insurgent so they run dry trying to kill you 2) they usually dumb enough to fly in low to finish you. I've killed enough of both to know to drive around in the Insurgent when I see either on the map.

For example the nightshark can take more missiles than mk2 can fire and if you have sticky bombs you could use those to kill the mk2 pilot pursuing you

It isn't included because you can't own the Fully Loaded version - you only get it in the mission.

Hold handbrake on Toreador while in the air to stabilize it and maneuver it to take out flying vehicles. Same can be done in Scramjet

My favorite thing to do with the vigilante is to ram other players in the vehicles with the rocket boost. Very enjoyable.
