The whole point in me watching a video is so I can listen to someone tell me what they are doing I dont want to read the video I could just read the instructions if I wanted to do that. But yours was the only video at all I could find that was what I needed to fix my spray bottle so I do appreciate that. I didnt feel like reading a video but i did it anyway.
Ooooh this is getting me so excited! 🤔🤣 I thought I was alone in this frustration with the lack of quality spray bottles 🙄 love the video! Would you mind listing the sizes and names of products you've used so I can grab them? Haha
I rolled a condom over the black cylinder. Fixed it there with a rubber band. Then cut a small hole near the base. Basically replaces the broken one way valve in the black cylinder.
Tried this with same bottle, even glued the valve with silicone glue but it didn't work. The thing leaks like a sieve elsewhere. I sealed the upper part with duct-tape and still it leakes. Only thing left is the trigger part I guess.
Can u pls make a video of dismantling the complete upper (pump) part of the spray pls I want to repair my pump and I think I have few missing parts in spring part of nossle.....pls help
hey great video thank you. However, for those who have seen that Sprayer model but never saw it perform, you could put the ending at the start for 1 5 seconds, just saying
Hi, mere spray bottle me pumping ke time awaz aa rahi jese gas leak hone pe ati h aur fir jada der pani spray bhi nhi ho raha bas 3-4 second pani spray hota h aur fir dubara pump krna pdta hai. Bahut irritating hai ye. Mai shop se check krwa ke bottle lai thi tab bilkul thik thi. But ghar ate hi ye problm ho gai. Kya mai uske lid ko tight band nahi kr rahi to is wajah se hoga aisa? Ya kya karan ho skta hai. Please help.
my pressure sprayer, doesnt hold the air from the pump inside the container, the water starts coming out without thr handle being pushed. how do i fix this?
before i did this video, i didn't know how this thing work, so i had to dismantle every single part and study it (in attempt to fix it). one part may be lock with another, so you may need to try take apart everything to see where the trigger is connected. hope it helps.
Fine of you're a hand man which I'm not. I'm taking two x 2 Lt Hills bottles back to mt not Bunnings hardware store today and I'll keep doing so until Hills improves the product. With mine, they won't stop spraying whether the button's pressed or not. Damned nuisance, means you can't clean the mechanism without it crapping itself.
I have other problem with exactly same bloody bottle. The inside silicone ring is falling outside its channel around the rod and I cannot pump the air inside. After barely 5 pumpings I need to put it back where it should be, unscrewing main black pipe, and it drives me crazy. I have no idea what went wrong - is it missing some lube or there is too much of dirt from the water? Anybody had similar case? I don't want to throw that bottle as it works fine, apart from that bloody silicone 1c worth silicone ring.
No… this is laughable… the correct repair is solving the problem, which in this exact sprayer is the one-way valve at the end/bottom of the pump tube… they shrink and warp if used with any chemicals orher than water… adding a snug fitting thin o-ring under it fixes this problem….i used a tap washer and sanded just a touch off the edges that it pressed into the end… pull the membrane out, fit ring, replace the silicone valve membrane… job done.👍
if you use a manual pump like that, you will have problem pumping it when it gets tighter, thats when you know its sort of the maximum. If you use a electric / battery powered tyre pump you may not feel it. unless you can read the psi gauge that comes with the tyre pump.
only cleaning, opening and fitting, how doest it solve the problem if it relates to washers wearing or hardness. The bottom part of the washers are openable from inside steel rod then what is the need to open from upper side. Useless video.
as shown in the video. it no longer builds up pressure even after washer changed. steel rod is no longer use. it opens up from upper side to get rid of the steel rod and also insert the modification. its not useless if you understand. It simply gives this item a 2nd life rather than throwing it away.

Does this work with a Chapin sprayer? I have a 1 gallon that keeps losing air. It will pump up but the air leaks out then.

😅
Now this is one method I can work with. For a while there I was worrying about where to get a fancy screw to use 😂
Did this actually work or just being sarcastic? Because if it works I'm gonna be stoked
@@salsashark8876 100%, actually works.

Good method! Very Creative :)

Baru jer beli, terus tak boleh pakai, bunyi angin keluar bila pump
How would you changed the handle where the pull trigger is? Mine is stuck.

Dah berapa biji dok beli... Macam ada sumbat. Letih betul...
Esen dah boli hampir 12 spray bottle pressure ni, mcm 💩💩💩 sama je kesudahannya tak tahan lama, fedup beb! 😡😡
That this mean we have to use pump each time?
Yes unfortunately. The other way would be using air compressor if have one.

Good job, so, 150psi yes? 😂
So convenience out of the window
These things are cheap there’s a little piece on the bottom that popped off gonna try to superglue it back
Maybe you can try silicone also.
superglue it then it can pump normal again.?
Then we have to buy the pompe of bikes only
if you have one in the house. if not, might be cheaper to buy another spray pump.
Lmao that’s tweezer shit 😂😂😂😂
Bekar
Itni mehnat or kro😡😡😡
rubbish. ☹️☹️☹️☹️ where people get this??
Kuch bhi nahi aata keval ullu
