Thank you very much for your music, Stevo! I'm from a small village in Ukraine and have been listening to Sum 41 since late 2001 (I was nine), thanks to my late father, who was crazy about pop punk and would be on constant lookout for new music from the US. We were the first people to become fans in our area, I remember getting a Sum 41 hoodie in 2003 or so (a one-in-a-million second hand store find) and wearing it practically everywhere I went (which was a bad idea, because I would also vandalize every surface I could by writing "Sum 41" with my black magic marker, basically I was wearing the evidence of my crimes on me and was caught once because of that, had to wash that f*cking wall for hours). To this day I think the three album run (AKNF-DTLI-Chuck) is one of the best in rock music, your musicianship was essential in my opinion. Also, "Pain For Pleasure", without irony, is one of my favorite metal songs of all time.

And now that our home has been destroyed, many bad memories from the past are practically gone and you only tend to remember the really good stuff, like finding new bands or fun stories like making our own Jackass-like show, filmed on a cheap Siemens phone; or being almost killed by electrical shock from and old Soviet-era guitar amp in a garage while trying to practice for our first show, etc. I guess life is like that for everyone who has to grow up? Sorry for going on a tangent, anyway, thank you for these videos, I love to play along with you on drums, it's cool to see how you played all these songs in detail! Keep on!

Awesome, Stevo! One of the reasons why I love Into Deep, was because it appeared on Malcolm in the Middle show, and the song brings me back. The song does have summer vibe, and I enjoy it. Keep sharing more stories, man!

Thanks for sharing man !!!
So my son discovered this channel. He grew up in the same town Sum was from and us also a drummer like me.. Now he's a HUGE Sum41 Fan. Thank you for these videos..
I swear, seeing you playing this and talking about how Sum 41 was having fun is therapy !
I love the song! Remember hearing it on malcolm in the middle episode. Damn I miss the early 2000’s and the old pop punk music! Also cool to hear all the trivia behind the song, thanks stevo 😍
