Thank you for actually playing the toms--ALL OF THEM--A LOT--after completing the setup. I've watched too many videos of people demoing a kit and doing nothing but snare hits. Drives me nuts! This was great fun to watch. Like Christmas morning! Oh, and the mix of snare to tom was well-balanced. That's another pet peeve: the snare sounds like an M-80 firecracker 2 inches from my ear, and the toms sound like they are being played with Nerf sticks. Thanks for avoiding that. This setup sounded great!
These setup changes are challenging. You change one part and you have to adjust another. I recently changed from 2 to 3 rack tom and I would like to use a sample pad for high toms and octobans or whatever. I just grabbed a 15" china pad and two 9" splash pads. Thanks for your work, dude! These drum-tec parts are awesome. You got them from a 50min drive away from my home.

Bad ass Samus!!! The octobans are so cool. You can do everything from Ska/Reggae to Dream Theater to straight ɓlast accents. And the trigger tones harness that perfect sound. That's a beast of a kit. Yurr! Yurr!

You can point the arms down on the Tom holders that is what I do. I just got the Mimic and holy shit. I use real cymbals also just amazing and a dream come true.

That has been the dream setup since I first had drum tec's store pointed out to me. Live in an apartment so electric kits are kinda mandatory.
