On day 20 now. Down 21 pounds. Crazy how much energy I have. When I get hungry or want to stop, I come to youtube and watch success stories. Yours was very inspiring...I intentionally wanted to do just a 3-day fast. And now, I'm not putting a limit on how far I go. I don't even care about the weightloss...I have been migraine free ( A chronic sufferer for over 13 years) the entire time. I just got a juicer and started throwing fruits and vegetables in it...drinking just that and water all day, everyday, and I've never known how good the human body can feel.

so far I've lost 100 lbs and my weight loss has slowed. I did so by eating 1200 calories and working out every day for 8 months. well I'm currently on day 4 of this juice fast and you've inspired me. I started at 420 (im 6'4") and currently weight 320. I'll be doing this fast until I get to 220. I guess it will take me around 100 days. hopefully less but one thing is certain that I'm not quiting. I lived mostly off of "Quest" brand protein shakes, Mixed with sugar free vanilla almond milk of 25 or 30 calories, but no more than 35 calories; it all depends on the brand.. Tons of different "Quest" brand protein shakes flavors are available. Lots of Sugar free Jello and chicken and beef bullion. Additionally, I was able to get off of type 2 diabetes medication. After 100 days, my doctor told me that I no longer have diabetes. The A1C was well within the good parameters.
Day 4 of the full year green juice fast that I must go on to repair my health. Please God deliver me from all sickness please pray for me this has been the hardest time in my life leading up to the fast but by the Grace of the Lord I will make it somehow some crazy way and feel better than ive ever felt i can feel it, Thank you God in advance.

I'm only 1 day in lol I know it's not much but I'm sold on doing this , the cravings and hunger are crazy, I still make meals for my daughter and gf since I'm the cheff in the house and its very difficult to fry chicken and make sauce for them only to have my gf taste and judge the seasonings for me being that I'm on this diet I literally committed my self to only juice 3 times a day and under no circumstances will I let anything other than veggie juice pass my lips for 14 days, if successful which I think it will be , based on how I feel I might kick it up to 16 more days just to get a perfect 30 days out of it, I'm only looking to lose a good 30-45 pounds before getting into exercising I'm determined to join the army so , let's see lol wish me luck guys
When I was in the Army, if you were overweight, they made the person exercise a second time each day. They lost weight and felt and looked better. Good luck.

Amazing!!! I bought a juicer and have been incorporating juices in my diet for over a week and I'm feeling much better already, I'm going to start my juice fast in about two weeks! This gives me so much inspiration, I think I've watched this at least 5 times :)

Starting on monday. I begin my journey. Going to try for 10 days and then increase it. Like you did.
Thanking and praising God for your victory, my motivation and the awesome inspiration. 66lbs. needs to go. I'm less than a week in. Started juicing and cutting out dairies and meats on Monday. Today is Saturday. 4 solid lbs down, feeling better and no intention on quitting. Praise God!

Great job man, congrats on the 100 days! That must have taken some amazing diciplin. How's it gone since? Did you manage to keep a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet?
I'm only 1 day in lol I know it's not much but I'm sold on doing this , the cravings and hunger are crazy, I still make meals for my daughter and gf since I'm the cheff in the house and its very difficult to fry chicken and make sauce for them only to have my gf taste and judge the seasonings for me being that I'm on this diet I literally committed my self to only juice 3 times a day and under no circumstances will I let anything other than veggie juice pass my lips for 14 days, if successful which I think it will be , based on how I feel I might kick it up to 16 more days just to get a perfect 30 days out of it, I'm only looking to lose a good 30-45 pounds before getting into exercising I'm determined to join the army so , let's see lol wish me luck guys

When I was in the Army, if you were overweight, they made the person exercise a second time each day. They lost weight and felt and looked better. Good luck.
