Very nice, very simple, and reasonably priced too.
Glad you like it!
Looks awesome bud cheers 👍🏻
Love this mini fairing. Will buy it for my exc !!
Semplicemente geniale!!! Cheers
Odd to post the video when all colors are out of stock on your website.
Excellent timing in the video gents, literally everything is out of stock
This would have been handy a couple of months ago before I fitted the Lynx fairing to my 690R 👍
Does it fit a Husqvarna 701 2020? And when will white be back again in Stock? 😄
Greg, thanks for this informative video. This type of setup is definitely on my shopping list as I recently bought a CRF250L to get into some more off road riding which has been inspired by your ‘light it right’. I see from your comment to another viewer that the 250L version is still in production. I might look into the 450L version and adapt it as Brexit is coming and a factor for us EU guys. Will Adventure Spec UK apply UK VAT if exporting or what is the plan, as I do not see any info on the website?
Great stuff! We will provide more info regarding Brexit once we are ready.
It is used for my motorcycle honda crf 250 l year 2020 ?
is this suitable for CRF250 2014 and wanted to install the Capre Ltre Tablet or samsung active3. Please advice, thanks.
We'd advise this one for a better fit: www.adventurespec.com/shop/adventure-spec-honda-crf300l-mini-fairing-1020?search=crf300l&order=name+asc#attr=1125
Thanks
I bought this for my Honda CRF 300L (the one made specifically for this bike). Unbelievably, and to my horror, it completely covers the top of the instrument cluster and hides the neutral light, the ABS light, the engine management light, and the indicator lights!!!
AdventureSpec, how could you make such a fundamental error in design and what can you do for me to overcome this?
I have also installed it on my Crf 300l and the same thing happens to me, so far I have supplemented it with 2 nuts on each side, at least bending my head slightly I can see the turn signals, I plan to make thicker aluminum or stainless steel supplements so that it frees enough and get to see the top of the panel. But that's not the only problem I've detected, Adventure Spec mini fairing vibrates a lot and that I will also try to solve or manufacture 2 suspenders or something like that, but it will be later. Greetings from Spain.
@@jamocerwin5841 Can you post a photo of where you put the 2 nuts please?
Gary, the 2 nuts have to be placed in the place that is tied to the fork, that is, between the support and the fork anchorages. There are 2 nuts on the left fork and another 2 on the right fork. The point is to move the mini fairing forward, as much as necessary, or until you get to see the upper indicators of the instrument panel. Have I explained myself well?
@@jamocerwin5841 Yes, thank you very much, that is a good explanation. Are the standard bolts long enough?
I'm sorry but I don't know how to post a photo on UA-cam. Look at my profile picture to see if you can see it there!
Hi, when will these be back in stock to buy in the US? Interested in a universal black 7/8 inch kit. Thanks!
Hi! We can't give an exact date but if you look out for our newsletter, we release there first: www.adventurespec.com/subscribe
Will the 450l version of the mini fairing fit on the triple clamp of a 250l?
No. Some of our customers have adapted the 450L version to fit their 250Ls so it can be done. We have a 250L version in production but we don't have a release date for it yet.
Will this mini fairing fit with ROX 1 3/4 Pivoting Risers on my 2024 KTM EXC-F 500? Concerned about bar mount width with the risers.
Thanks for this, we couldn’t say for sure as we haven’t tested this directly ourselves. But if you go to the product page, all of the dimensions are given in this image slider!
Will the universal fairing fit my 450l? I have the 450l version but dislike how it mounts and I much prefer the design of the newer version.
The universal fairing is designed to fit 22mm or 28mm handlebars without a cross brace.
I would like to see pics of someone who tries to mount the universal to handle bars with a crossbrace seems from what I can see it can be done, just the mount would basically butt up to the crossbrace? Asking because I have a crf450rl and I use triple clam mounted handle bar crash guards, the supplied hardware and longer bolts might not accept the bracket for the dedicated 450l model? Anyone have the same zeta set up on their 450l and use the mini fairing as well/mount fine? Thx
Hi Paul, if you'd like to send this through to head office the guys there will be able to give you a bit more info: www.adventurespec.com/contactus
Thanks
Greg i have CRF 300L. Do you have screen to fit?
Yes, it is in production right now and we expect it this Springtime.
1:56 - I can buy the supports separately, without the screen?
Any update on this question guys?
Could you tell me when these Mini Fairings are finally back in Stock? Still waiting on these
We are due a Hard Parts re-stock very soon
Perfect, so I will wait :)
Its quite sad how long it takes until the EU store starts trading...
You think it will open within this Year?
7:10 pretty sure that is a Suzuki DR350
Please get these back in stock in the US!
We are working on it!!
@@adventurespec great! Eagerly waiting! Best fairing for light dual sports on the market!
Are these coming back in stock?
We don't have a date as yet but as soon as we do we'll release on the newsletter: www.adventurespec.com/subscribe
Thanks
How do I get one? Your online system doesn’t allow me to add anything to my cart. (Closed for the holidays???)
Hi Dave, was this just for the fairing or different products also? Please contact us on our helpdesk and we'll check it for you www.adventurespec.com/contactus
Thanks
We're I can buy this .
Hi there! Check out the link: www.adventurespec.com/shop/adventure-spec-mini-fairing-11?search=mini+fairing
Thanks
I was surprised to find the handlebar mounts are 3d printed plastic, but as long as they do the job that's all that matters.
Looks like a great option for my 690, however I would add a suggestion that perhaps AS look at a full replacement fairing (one piece or better integration into current fairing). The look of the two fairings is not a good one. Looks really cheap and not symetrical. I would pay more $ to have a more finished product. Will prob purchase and possible fabricate one.
Hi Jim - thanks for your comment. There's plenty of options for the 690 if you want a full fairing. Our option is for riders who are looking for a simple cost effective alternative that mounts on any dirt bike. 🙂
i like the idea, but 150e for a bit of plastic and few piece of alu is still not cheap
It needs to be clear to see where your placing your front tire.
All of the instructors at the enduro training camp I have partecipated to was screaming me "don't look down in front of your bike! Look far away! Keep your head up!"
@@giuliobuccini208 They are shitty instructors. You should look were you're comfortable looking. Not where someone tells you. Looking ahead isn't best for someone not comfortable doing it.
@@motoman7445 Comfortable doesn't make it right, and it usually makes your job a lot harder. Every professional instructor I have seen says the same thing - and these guys are not "shitty" riders or instructors. Brett Tkacs for example? Eyes up, look ahead. Every single one.
@@motoman7445 🤣
Great product! But way overpriced! Lol
Really? It includes the brackets and gives you a mini dashboard and of course the screen, for around $50 more than just a screen itself. I don’t know if it works, but it’s not expensive
