I was diagnosed with depression and ADHD in 2021 when I was 19. Brothers Of Metal's songs helped me cope with sadness and depression. Whenever I felt sad I would play a Brothers Of Metal's song because their songs always lighten up the mood. The cure for depression is definitely music and art. No matter your style, it can be metal, pop, classical, blues, country, etc., listen to what makes you feel happy. I wanna keep on living to listen to more Brothers Of Metal's songs!

I use it to remind myself of all the culture of my ancestors and the hardships they went thought to ensure that I would one day be here. If they could do all of that then I can endure what I deal with now. There is strength in my genes that I can tap into when I need it.

I was given the same diagnosis over 20 years ago when I was in middleschool. In 8th grade I got to hear Linkin Park for the first time (Meteora specifically). Nothing that I had listened to before that so perfectly spoke to what I thought and felt. It was my first step on my journey into rock and metal, and I am so grateful that I can regularly find new music like this to keep me going. I have my CD copy of Meteora sitting above my computer monitor as I type this, a reminder that I can always find a few minutes of peace in the music I love.

This song is amazing, a true headbanger of a beast! Love it so much. I've been waiting for so long for more from Brothers of Metal, who are hands down my favorite band. And boy, I was not disappointed. To paraphrase a Norwegian saying : "The one who waits for something good, will be rewarded by epic metal."

its interesting to look back at the tales of Berserkers and how they acted both on and off the battlefield through the modern medical sense as they have all the hallmarks of suffering from severe PTSD it does not take away from the carnage they could do but puts them in a different light a sort of "they became so fearless and strong because they were so broken by what they had suffered and seen"

Different Viking tribunes, even in Assassin's creed valhalla is that in the skill known, Bears/Wolves/Ravens, so the Berserkir from the Wolve Clan was disguised as a Bear Clan member
Viking warriors are known as "the wolves of Odin". Berserkir's however have the totem of a bear, they wish to embody that ability to continue to attack uncaring of any damage they sustain. A wolf, disguised as a bear is a Viking warrior donning the bear's mantle but still a true wolf of Odin at heart.
@@Nempo13 the ulfhednar were like berserkir only the wore the hide of the wolf. Imagine a group of berserkir working in a group together just as violent and skill. That was the
ulfhednar. In the end I rather be a wolf of odin then a lamb of god.

I can't help but chuckle every time I hear this Song, because my weird brain for some reason "auto corrects" the Lyrics to "construction released".

I am currently playing an Elven Barbarian on the path of the Storm Herald in a 5th edition game AND this song really showcases my character in a big way. Thank you so much for writing this song. Much inspiration.
I was just about to reply that this song makes me think of my favorite D&D character from back when I played 3.5 Bugbear Barbarian/Fighter who was ensorcelled to attack his former party and slaughter them as part of his backstory.
Well, I has a Goliath with Rune Knight Fighter and Order of the Lycan Blood Hunter classes, and while he doesn't exactly do "Rage", when he lose his control over his inner wolf, it's practically the same. He can turn into a huge wolf-hybrid form, and with the barehanded fighting style it can tear apart almost anything - as it has the grappler feat, and in hybrid form has advantage on Strenght checks, i was able to wrestle with a young adult white dragon!
very good stuff here was not expecting a heavier side from brothers of metal but it really worked hope we get to see a new album soon enough. love to you guys frome me who is also from sweden 🤘🇸🇪

@@Senok13 I did a mix, we do alot of homebrew so we do a thing called gestalting were we pretty much just play two classes at the same time (think multi-class but all the way) so i played a giant barbarian/Appolyon (homebrew class that i recommend you check out of you like barbarians and is open to homebrew) and he was a half troll as well, so he dishes alot of dmg, is stupidly tanky and thanks to the half troll he has stupid hp regen as well.
When all reason is replaced by rage a beserker is born
