I have a machine like this, it looks nothing like it, but it’s actually a pretty great gadget. Been using it probably for 6 years now and even bought it secondhand. Mine is just for hard boiled eggs tho.
Love my dash egg cooker. It definitely needs an extra minute to get it to the set you actually want(add a little more water or let them sit a min after the bell rings). The pamphlet it comes with has a bunch of ideas. I love it for steaming dumplings!
Literally my mom has many gadgets she got over the years either as gifts or bought herself. There are things i want to buy but then she has it somewhere lying around😭
What is it for? I saw this video and i think this comment too a few weeks ago so i tried today but my sis said the egg were going out, did i meake the hole too deep with the needle?
The egg will go out if you accidentally make a crack while poking the hole, even if it’s a tiny crack. Try to make a quick and clean poke, it won’t run out.
I have this kitchen tool that can make the perfect soft boil egg with no mistakes and no electricity no baterries no fire just need water and theres lines inside telling how much water to put in its so easy😁
I use mine alllll the time for boiled eggs! Every version is slightly different, so you have to learn how much water you really need to get your eggs just how you like them
It’s actually pretty awesome I use it for my kid to make him steamed veggies and eggs! It beeps at you loud so you don’t burn anything, also it’s one less huge dish to wash! I cook dumplings in mine!
I have been using that thing for a long time ! It’s great when your working and you can just put the eggs in the machine to boil and once it finished it makes a loud sound so you can still work while it is cooking and not worry about the fact your eggs might overboil/explode
my elderly father loves hard-boiled eggs. He can't cook them on the stove any longer. I have bought this a few times and now have extras in the pantry. It gives him the independence of cooking on his own. great product.
Ehm guys they got soft boiled eggs. Soft boiled eggs are prepared in a container where you pour boiling water on it and wait about 9 minutes WITHOUT reheating. It's one of my favourite traditional Singaporean breakfasts. That was an onsen egg- albeit undercooked.
I add water the the hard boil line and the egg yolk turns out perfectly yellow (no gray ring) and every so slightly soft in the center of the yolk. Perfect for slicing, dicing, or eating whole as a snack.
Egg boiler exist like for more than a hundred years. I'm still amazed how some people just discover them now. There are so many people recently who seem to have never heard of them
I notmally dont like single use kitchen appliances but honestly using this to boil eggs is so easy. I have a boiled egg pretty much everyday so i just set the eggs and do something else. Yes I can use a pot but then I have to watch it.
Aww that’s sad, but I’m pretty sure you can buy those attachments that fit into your type of plug point and connects the other plug 🔌. I don’t know what they’re called, but I’ll try to find like a link or smth
I have one of these! my family has chickens so we always have tons of eggs, which is good because we all love snacking on boiled eggs. this thing is helpful!
I have an older version of sth similar, it only boils the eggs, and you need to leave the egg to boil in the steam for about a minute longer, after it stops. It's very handy, but up to preference ^^
I have one that's from this nostalgia appliance brand that makes tiny appliances, It makes the most irritating sound when it's done and it works the same but I might look up this one cuz I kind of like the sound it makes.
Why does this even exist. Literally a pot with water boils add many eggs as you can fit. You can even cook them to different terms. It's like magic. You can still use there pot for beans, soup etc. It does everything!
How do you remove the shell from a soft boiled egg so nicely? Whenever I try I always end up damaging the white. I've tried running it under cold water, or peeling while it's still hot,etc
All I have to say is ✨ P A N ✨
You can’t make a boiled egg or a poached egg in a pan so I don’t see ur point here
@@huhhuhhuh the point is a pan/pot is multi use and can do all the things this machine can do. The machine is a waste of money.
You boil your eggs in a pan?!
this argument is used against so many useful kitchen appliances and every time i see it it makes me want to drink nail polish remover
@@BrandoFig It’s not a waste of money, it’s actually really good, I have one and it gets everything done so quickly without wasting a pot
Yeah it's a great product and lasts for years!! One of the best single use gadgets imo
😂😂
Had me in the first half
Single use? Don't you mean multi use?
@@brookepearson no it's sarcasm

My mom bought this and never use it- we have a lot of machines we don’t use 😃
Same
You could, like, give to other that might need it. But yea sometimes those machines could be too niche
Literally my mom has many gadgets she got over the years either as gifts or bought herself. There are things i want to buy but then she has it somewhere lying around😭
You are supposed to prick a tiny hole on the top of the egg (the fat part). The plastic water level has a pin in it.

I have one! I've moved a lot across the US. And I think elevation sort or alters the amount of water needed. That being said, I love mine!

I would love to see it make a omelette.
Ikr, was waiting for it
Especially as it seems to be a steamer and a steamed omelette would be disgusting.
It’s actually pretty awesome I use it for my kid to make him steamed veggies and eggs! It beeps at you loud so you don’t burn anything, also it’s one less huge dish to wash! I cook dumplings in mine!
I read it as “Malfunctioning” Egg Boiler😂

Keep up the good work
I HAVE ONE OF THOSE AND I WANTED YOU TO TRY IT BEFORE I USED IT EHEHEH

I love mine. I do leave the eggs in to steam for an extra time or add more water for larger eggs.
I love that little machine
We have that just in a darker shade
The egg: comes out perfectly soft
Her: uooooo could have used a minute more
They must have a market. Similar items were selling in the 60s and 70s. Nice video.

You can even do steam inhalation for sinusitis.

I think you should put more water in there I saw it all the way to the top line and it’s perfect every time.
You have to add a little more water to get the egg you want. I use mine almost every morning.
i make pancakes in there too
I own and use one just like that. I love it🎉
That's what she said..
