I have just been accepted for the spring 2022 IT HELPDESK program. Im no so happy about that program I feel is not as professional as Project Management or cybersecurity but my nearest campus does not offer any other program. Any one here had a positive experience with the Helpdesk program????
I went into the Helpdesk field and I do not regret it. That job field is always in demand and with the experience you’ll gain at internship, you definitely will have no problem.
I don’t think so. The program itself is a full time job lol. If your body can handle working full time at night after classes then go for it but I don’t advise that .
